how is momoo not s tier, he's both a dangerous enemy and a tragedy with him being forced to hurt luffy, he has a level a nuance of both being inherently good but forced to do evil that is not seen in many of these characters. He is one of the most complex and interesting characters in the first 100 chapters I don't see how he's not above the immature scared liar like Ussop

Smoker is not so virtuous, that man acted cool in the ice cream moment yes, but he actually was so relaxed about it BECAUSE he knew his 34 megaton clouds of smoke were going right into that girls lungs, giving her future lung cancer. At the time of reading I think I rated Arlong Park above Baratie, but while Arlong Park is still a great one, Baratie is the one that grew on me more and more and is now one of my sleeper favorites really even overall. There are just a lot of small moments in there that have only become more meaningful. E g. Don Krieg was never the most compelling villain out there to me, but there is a certain character in an arc in the 800s that shares some similarities with Don Krieg and that gives Luffy's fight against him a lot more meaning looking back on it.

I like how enamored Eggy always is with the creatures of One Piece. I think I have never seen someone spending so much thought on them and being so fascinated by them. Can't wait until he meets Laboon, Karoo, the Kung Fu Dugongs, the Southbird, Nola, Yokozuna, Surume, Ucy and all the others and his take on them. Speaking of wacky creatures - you did not mention Pandaman, yet. I think you should ask Eggy if he noticed him and you should do a Pandaman counter and discuss the various shenanigans he comes up to or discuss your theories on how he becomes part of a scene.
