Hello sir Why I can't change MC parameter? All other parameters can be changed, but MC not. His value is 000, I am trying to set it to 312. Machine works, but axes are moving in oposite direction

Ok, I know this video is 6 years old, but I have a few questions. I've got customers that have these older controls and the disk will fail. They don't watch their batteries and just let the disk load up the system software on every boot. I have always wondered if a bit for bit copy could be made of this disk. Is this what you have done? Can a system disk be created for an M32 control. Mazak wants stupid money for these.

Wow, so many good memories with this machine. I learned and worked in the early 2000s many years on a Mazak with Mazatrol T32-3. What a dream to run and program. It's amazing what this Machine from the late 80s can do with it's limited computing power. Pretty much still the easiest and fastest cycle programming in the world. That with great simulation tools, many presets and an amazing user interface. Remember, this thing was built in 1988...

Do you know how to load a gcode program onto a mazak m32 through the rs232 port using easy DNC? I have the cable, I have the DNC software that works on a Fanuc controllers but this ancient stupid mazak doesn't seem to load anything when i send it. I don't know what the fan fare is for mazak because I'd take fanuc machine where i plug the gcode in and load it over the stupid mazatrol crap any day. It's tedious, time consuming and I don't get it. It's like Mickey Mouse decided to design an HMI and Pluto programmed it from a typewriter. Any help would be great. My frustration comes from that the machine is 30 years old. loses its memory after 2 days and I have to wipe the memory and reload the floppy disks every time. Then because I have to wipe the memory I have to manually enter every single program into the machine. It's ridiculous but I work at a small company that can't afford machines that don't run on steam power and radio tubes. Any help at all. Thanks
