Absolutely brilliant...all the relevance and pertinent information without distracting "See how much I know" superfluous chatter. Real "meat and potatoes" material delivered in a precise and concise manner...just outstanding. I recently had three MRI's over four months in which a 5.5cmm X 5.3cmm X 3.3cm mass/tumor appears, beginning from a 1.4cm X 0.5cm ring enhancing hyperintense "thingy", which there are different opinions of what it might be. The original "Thingy" was pick up when I was admitted for Encephalitis, the first Radiologist labelled it an abscess which the Infectious Disease Specialist and the Hospitalist disagreed. I was told to follow up in four months through my PCP, I went back in two months and had another MRI...voila, there it was. A Lumbar Puncture followed which revealed a negative para neoplastic panel and negative NMDA, so it was see "See Me back in two months". Early December, a third MRI reveals the aforementioned mass/tumor remains at 5.5 X 5.3 X 3.3 cm mass with the "Thingy" in it. I'm being referred to a Neurooncologist...it's been a month since the referral They are really busy at the University of Colorado Medical Center...but I told you this whole story just to admit...my health system allows access to MRI's (the raw views) and of course I had little idea how to look at it, so this was really informative and helpful. Seeing as no one knows what my mass/tumor and little "Thingy" is I have decided...it's my new Brain. My old one is a little worn out (I don't know how, I rarely used it)...so this is the new one! Yea!

But they didn’t see anything concerning that but they did see something on my spine lol so yeah I gotta get that checked now. But next for my chest is the CT scan

Hey, anyone here fancy reviewing my mris? Am involved in a major complaint with the local health board, injured in first a dental then a maxillofacial appointment. Now, my skull is compressing, I've been told I've lost brain mass. They've never shown me my scans. I've had to go hunting and request them. They say nothing wrong I can see loads, went straight to problem areas and at worst, I'm going on the symmetry rule, my face used to be the same either side. Now my skull is deformed. I have lumps that change shape every few days or so. A massive lump behind my left ear and now my neck has bowed under the pressure of an unsupported skull, and feel like I've broken the MUSCLES in the neck! Little stabbing feelings across base of my skull, pins and needles, numbness arms especially, left hand... thumb and forefinger join little and wedding band finger in being numb. My hospital tried to COMMIT me, to cover for the doctors who made existing issues a million times worse... I should have a bloody HALO on. If anyone wants a hobby and to look for really weird and unique things. Because NO ONE has gone thru the physical issues of the last four years, and I'm never believed. Even though I took to recording all the appointments...

To read something, you need to be able to do it. For this, you need to at least know all types of pathologies in the abdominal cavity - and there are thousands of variants. This is NECESSARY, so as not to confuse - a variant of the "norm" with a variant of pathology. And pathologies can be different, the same as NON-INCARCERATED internal hernias, about which there is no information at all - about incarcerated ones, there is plenty of information, but about NOT incarcerated ones, no one has information.

Depends on the location of the bulge. A foraminal bulge would hit the L4 nerve root. A lateral recess bulge would hit the descending L5 nerve root.

You should be able to receive a disk you can put in your desktop computer to view the images, you ask the office that performs the MRI for the images and notes be sent to you. They also might give you a QR code to scan and access your images online. Then you can watch these videos and compare and contrast.

What's your thoughts about Calcification of Styloid Ligament? Along with "Reverse Curves" - Only thoughts I have are the fwd head, and stressed people who clench at the jaw, that creates tension on the ligament that causes this. Or people with some sort of Craniocervical Instability - Reverse Curves seem to go with the calcification that I've noticed. What's wild is now some are getting Dynamic Cone Beam CT Scans. Then BAI, ADI, CXA and BDI can be checked for instability.
