Here you'll find videos representative of my life and personal experiences. There's also videos that I've made to go along with original music from myself and friends as well as some re-butchered film footage and related soundtracks.

When I saw this, I assumed the filmmaker had seen the tryptichs from Gance's Napoleon (1927). But Napoleon was stripped of its three screens in the United States, and this appears to have been made earlier. The Italian Ambrosio company used a similar technique for 1920s travelogues.

Frank Zappa teaches Steve Allen to play The Bicycle (1963)
มุมมอง 1.3M10 ปีที่แล้ว
Frank Zappa teaches Steve Allen to play The Bicycle (aired March 3, 1963) This televisual gem inspired me follow along which got me into endless trouble at family picnics and barbecues for playing my own symphonic masterpieces which, for some strange reason, nobody else seemed to enjoy. I extended Frank's genius to my exploration of the vacuum cleaner, ping pong balls and paddles, hammers on co...

Made in response to a call for artworks by Moan Lisa for "5089: the post mail art movement" www.moanlisa.org This video is my original work, so I guess I can't blame anyone else for whatever's wrong with it. Based on the 7/7's prime. It carries minor significance in Prime Number Set Theory Mathematics. It has significance in Numerology for the same reasons, but with links to Biblical references...
Day, in landscape - extended version
มุมมอง 17610 ปีที่แล้ว
This video is an examination of the ontology of daily existence. It is an examination of the landscape of a day, filmed in landscape orientation (16x9). It coincidentally took just over 24hrs to render this video in 1920x1080p full resolution at maximum bit-depth. It is a collage of daily activity around my home. Although this video is long and may seem slow in parts, it is filled with visual a...
Intransitive Venus
มุมมอง 14211 ปีที่แล้ว
"Intransitive Venus" is a short video with a collage flavour inspired by older classic Arthur Lipsett works. I think I may have missed my mark. I had to make many compromises along the way, as compared to my original vision. It retains a lo-fi feel while using some high quality sequences. It took more time than I had anticipated to create the many new graphics and minor animation sets along the...

Celebration of Light 2013 - Team UK
มุมมอง 6911 ปีที่แล้ว
Celebration of Light 2013 - Team UK July 27, 2013 10:00pm These images were taken from my balcony approximately 9.5 miles away from English Bay, since there was no way I was about to brave the crowds. Jostling for access on city transit trains is hard enough during regular traffic and our system leaves a lot to be desired when considering accessibility. I feel it's best to avoid the drunks, pic...
Annabelle Dances and Dances 1894-1897
มุมมอง 47K11 ปีที่แล้ว
One of the first film stars, Annabelle made her debut at the Columbian Exposition in 1893. She was a featured performer on Broadway when she was filmed by Dickson in 1894. Her Serpentine and Butterfly Dances were so popular that Dickson filmed her again for the American Mutoscope in 1896. - Paul Spehr Annabelle's skirt dances are among the earliest artistic works in film history. Looking direct...

Minutes I'll never get back
Zappa was a musical pioneer and genius. Allen was a comedic genius. Together, this was absolute _platinum._
And it still sounds better than Yoko Ono's singing
Hermeto pascoal já fazia isso quando Frank Zappa usava fraudas
Bi-cycle LOL
Is that prick host conductor to be funny ? He just harassing the guest
Two greats!
Never been a great fan of his music, but nobody can deny his influence upon the music industry. This was good to watch.
a master was starting its career
Steve Allen was great
This was great
Telling piano player i prefer you to play it that way and then goes Zappa lmao 🤣
RT 66 written lol
Kickstand down- glad to hear that Lmao 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Bet that was a great show definitely a cool night with Zappa - so few who know above this one that loves Zappa they'd be tripping awesome thanks 👍
Frank Zappa
He looks like Dweezil there!😊
The precursor to Saturday night live
The long wait for Frank's music to begin was painful.
Watch out where them huskies go, don’t you eat that yellow snow!😅
I had forgotten this. This is where I became a Zappa fan when I was 12.
The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra did several Frank Zappa compositions that are worth a listen.
When talk shows were truly entertaining, loved the little trip back in time
Very Djokovic❤
Giving my age here, but my dad knew Steve fairly well since he did business with him. Even got me on the show in one of his word games when I was 5 or 6. I had to pronounce the word "February".
#9#9#9
In a moment Yoko Ono is gonna come out.
ride on...
Outstanding
Kool to see zappa before his hippy days .with the dark and greasy hair of the day !
Zappa is interesting. Guy I knew in college went to his house on Thanksgiving and said they had spaghetti.
The absolute genius of Frank Zappa!
The Steel Pan invented in my country Trinidad & Tobago.
I really like 'birds on telephone wires' music played by Steve.
I think he was showing people music is more than solfeo. They weren't comfortable with "letting down their front". You can see how tightly regimented by tradition people are here. The host's jokes are his nerves talking as he's asked to do new stuff. I like Frank. Find very little of his music on TH-cam for whatever reason.
I've never seen video of Frank this young. But honestly, I'd have rather heard Zappa on guitar.
One of the weirdest "musicians" ever!!
Early Klangphonics
Zappa was a genius!!❤❤❤
Sounds like lumpy gravy
Now that everybody rebelled and everyone in public looks like sht, its no longer rebellion. Its just sad 😞
This is crazy, I can definitely see where Dweezil got his looks from. Clean faces Frank is strange but he's a fine looking young man. The world has no idea what's coming from this man. I wonder what Allen would have thought of Frank's garage or valley girl. Weird genius at its finest.
I have never heard any so-called music from Frank Zappa worth listening to is gibberish
You learn to play instruments young its easy to answer the questions and explain what you are doing. So when we were kids in the eighties we grabbed a couple baseball cards and put an elastic band or something to hold the cards up to the spokes or something and made the sound of a motor.
Frank's a legend
Definition of Corny
Next up...sounds from the toilet...
F.Z. & the slime of the radio 😂
That time Frank Zappa had an entire generation in the palm of his hands.
And that's how 'human genius' put the barnyard on public tv!😂
