ComfyUI Notebook for RunPod - Launch 🚀 ComfyUI in under 5 mins
In this video I share my ComfyUI Notebook that is available for purchase in the Shop for a small fee.
The notebook is designed to get you started with using ComfyUI in less than 5 mins and steer away from all the bloatware and additional apps that create those heavy images that take up to 30 mins to get started.
The notebook is designed to be self guided and with instructions so you can follow. However this does require a little bit to technical know how. If you are a complete beginner in RunPod and command line/terminal world then I suggest you don't start with this.
Notebook available here - ko-fi.com/s/93c00a2706
Blog post on this notebook - coming tomorrow

    Very nice notebook and worth purchasing I'm sure. Question: We would only run this notebook once to install ComfyUI, custom nodes and models, correct? Then at the end of a session we would run something like runpodctl stop pod <pod ID>. Because there's no need to install everything every time. Is that correct? (Assuming we'd be installing on a persistent network volume.)

    • @weirdwonderfulaiart
      @weirdwonderfulaiart 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      You are right. You don't need to run the whole thing. Models will already be on persistent disk. However the ComfyUI dependencies would be wiped clean when you shut down the runpod as they are on non-persistent disk, so I suggest you run step 1 & 2 again. Nothing bad will happen but the dependencies will be installed so you can run ComfyUI again.

    Great tutorial, thank you! The only problem of FluxGym is that it is optimized for LowVram and uses only Adam8bit optimizer and "bf16" mixed precision by default on 20+VRAM option chosen. You can't switch to "AdamW" in any way (and benefit for more quality on RunPod 48GB Vram cards)). There's a kijai / ComfyUI-FluxTrainer released. If you could make a notebook for its RunPod setup (or template), it would be just what's needed (couldn't find any yet)). I've seen a workflow (RunComfy -> FLUX LoRA Training) and it's pretty much flexible in choosing optimizers, scheduler, dim/alpha, fp16, etc. - those advances that make Lora Training the best quality ever. The only problem is to run that workflow on RunPod (for those dummies as I am))
