As far as I'm aware, there's no way to connect an external controller. You may be able to play with a second person over NetPlay if you update ArkOS, but you would have to buy a wifi dongle to attach to this because it doesn't have built in wifi.

I would consider flashing ArkOS to a name brand sd card. I can't explain how to do that here. You'll need to look up a tutorial.

Great question. Once you've installed Garlic on the first card, and booted it up for the first time, turn the RG35XX off. Then insert your second card (make sure it's blank), and boot the device back up. It should create a folder system on the second card when you boot up. You can shut it back down, put the second card in your computer and add your ROMs to the correct systems folder.

@@BoKnowsGaming Apologies, new problem. GarlicOS remains locked on the bootup screen. Seems many people with the purple transparent (newer) RG35XX have this issue. Any fixes, or should I get GarlicOS off the SD and flash the original OS back onto it?

@@captaincassidy8287 this version of Garlic only runs on the original RG35XX (see pinned comment). If you have a newer version with the H700 it won’t work. Yes. It works on iOS and iPadOS devices.

Not sure what you're trying to run, but GarlicOS 1.xx doesn't work on the RG35XX+. Only the original RG35XX.

I've never played Candy Crush. I do play a lot of games on my iPhone though. Modern games, emulated old school games, and remote play on my Playstation and Xbox. It's a good time.

The sticks on the RGB10 are way better than TrimUI. The screen here is more vibrant as well. The PSP performance is probably a little better on the TrimUI, but at the end of the day, if I had to pick one, I would most likely go with the RGB10 Max 3, but I haven't compared them side by side. Ok. There isn't an easy answer to this question, but I've given it some thought. The X55 has the biggest screen, and the most RAM. The RAM should theoretically give it better performance, but I don't think it does. Performance wise, I think the TrimUI Smart Pro probably comes out on top, because it seems to push most N64/PSP games at slightly higher frame rates. But it also has the absolute worst joysticks I've ever used in my life. So... if I'm ranking based on build quality, it would be RGB10 Max 3 in 1st, followed by neither at #2, and the X55 and TrimUI Smart Pro tied for 3rd. The X55 feels incredibly cheap from the moment you pick it up, and the TrimUI is slightly better, but I can't get over those sticks. Performance wise, they're all very close. It's hard to say because I think it's going to come down to a game by game basis. But it's probably the Smart Pro in 1st, the X55 in 2nd, and the RGB10 Max 3 in 3rd. Just keep in mind that those margins are pretty thin.

If you’re looking for mainly those three, I think either is an excellent first choice. The RGB30 will be more enjoyable for DS. You’re going to love that screen. Go into the setting and set the saturation to 65, and wow 🤩!

That's crazy! Yeah, I read through their return policy and it's pretty stringent. I usually get mine from Amazon because it's easier to return something if there's an issue. Was the box smashed too, or was it just damaged during production?
