personally the kitchen isn't up to the price point, It is nice seeing a realtor not focusing on a single type of housing to post. Have you thought of doing neighborhood reviews or even doing the master planned communities?

The inside is nice but the lack of space between homes is inexcusable. Typical developers being greedy by overbuilding. Nevertheless, I love the channel & always had your newest videos to my daily playlist of house tours I watch with my family. We watch about 4-5 tours a night.

Can a pool be built at these homesites?

Yes I love it ! I love that the living room is not overwhelmingly too large , the entire home including the outside backyard and patio fills just right. This fills just right to me. There are a few thing I would add to my home like a slide in range and pot filler . Just Beautiful !.

Great home! I wouldn't change a single thing.

I wanted to love this house, but the entire second floor is a fail. The secondary bedroom with the terrace is only accessible thru the closet door, a fail. The owners suit next to the other two bedrooms, a fail. The bathtub in front of terrace doors, a fail. The garage with no windows and the large ceiling fan like you're gonna spend a great of time in that dungeon like design, a fail. No backyard, and you're right on top of two other houses that you can look into their windows, not for over 2 million dollars, a waste of money.

I like the garage. Very in theme with the rest of the house. Very industrial. I would add epoxy to the floor and maybe paint the ceiling black. Other than that, the cinder blocks look great
