A very modern house. But too much black. Although this is a matter of taste. White glossy floor? I don't know what could be worse, especially if you have pets. This floor will never be clean. But most importantly - 4 million for a house with a view of the fence? No expensive building materials justify such a price.

Put this house in another area of Houston and it may be priced lower or even higher. Put it in Los Angeles near the beach and it might be $8 mill.
