Does trimming re-encode if you don't want it to? Avidemux allows trimming with NO loss of quality. Does this do that?

Does it continue to download TH-cam videos after every change TH-cam makes to prevent downloading?

Is that looped after say 10 seconds or if i want it during a 3 min clip ill make this tutorial a 3 min comp? And as soon as i precomp the 2 layers they disappears from the comp hmm

Thanks for the tutorial! Are there any benefits of using the 3D camera to zoom in/out instead of scaling the composition up/down?

My main issue is that everytime i change something on my project it takes like 5-10 seconds to preview and it gets stuck until i hide and show back my clip but it will still show like 10ms of frame render time

One of the better videos on this I've seen, just one suggestion, slow down when clicking on icons, have you ever watched someone showing you on a computer how to do something that they know and their clicking everywhere because they know what there looking at, and your eyes can't follow and your brain doesn't follow? slow down and explain more

Getting "File format not supported" error when trying to import the insv files into PP. Then I stitched the two clips in insta360studio, exported as 360 video, imported that video into PP, then the fx reframe did not work.
