Yes I restored most of the parts on the bike. The hardest thing was finding new oem spokes for it. Most of the mechanical parts are new. I rebuilt the top end on it myself. All of it was super easy to do. Thanks I bet yours will come out cleaner than mine haha.

@@alimuddinmaniyar2491 where are you located we aren’t interested in shipping we are in Oregon. It’s a 1953 CJ3B . Original engine f134. Upgraded to 12v. Key start conversion. Wiring all re done. New paint. New upholstery. We don’t know a price.

Order a new part from Honda. It should fit right with the oem part if not call big gun up they should be able to help you out.

@@jakeyfz3078 i got the headpipe but then i got the hexagon jet which is to big so im hoping the round one fits

It has a carburetor. I bought a jet kit from dynojet. I’m not sure what size I used.

its not a tunner really he probaly rejetted the carb

It goes a little faster than stock. The mods I did were the big gun exhaust, k&n high flow air filter, and tuning. It added more torque than speed to be honest.

@@asherrivers8865 it’s okay. I would try a Yamaha raptor 250 because it’s lighter and has more speed. Don’t get me wrong I love the 250ex it’s fun!

Another great stolen bike was a 78 or 79 PE 250 it was around 1990 so the bike was only 10yrs old n that sucker was fast i was 14

Dj Ray. It took a lot to get this bike where it is now. What I love most is the power band, it’s amazing on these older bikes. So much torque and speed you get it’s so worth it. It’s a blast and I’m definitely keeping it.

I had the 84 model new. We paid $950 for it new!! I wish I bought two and put one in storage.

Caleb J. No extra Gaskets and I will try my best to find out what jets I used it was a while ago and I didn’t write it down so I would have to pull the carb off to find out.

SaturleyMX Yes this is a slip on and in my opinion it’s better than Hmf. These are the reasons 1 it sound more throaty 2 you feel the power increase. By the way I’m not sure what I have it jetted at but I added a K & n air filter and a jet kit.

JakeTrx awesome, my trx is making a slight whining noise so I want a loud ass exhaust to over-hear it, I might get one of these

SaturleyMX is the whining noise coming from the original exhaust? If not it could be something wrong internally inside the engine that needs to be fixed.

JakeTrx not sure where I’m thinking clutch maybe it’s worn out I’ve had the bike for a while and always use it manually

SaturleyMX well I would look into fixing the clutch before the exhaust. Remember small things matter. Then the exhaust would be necessary.

Nice and yeah it does sound good. I recommend getting a K&N air filter and a jet kit and that would make it run better and give it more power.

Edward Avelar well to be honest I would have to check. If you want to try this you can move the needle up and it would make it leaner. I will check sometime and hopefully get back to you.

Edward Avelar does it not rev out all the way? Does it sound like it’s getting to much gas? Because mine will start without choke. And just needs to warm up and it will run amazing.

JakeTrx no it runs great but the spark plug is black and when it’s at idle if I rev it you can see a little bit of black smoke but it’s not a lot

Edward Avelar normally when your oil gets thin like gas it could be a few things first the needle and seat could be leaking. Second like you said not all the gas was burning. If I were you I would try to Adjust the needle up to make it leaner and try that. I will sometime find the jet I used I just need time to get it

Ride BC thanks it was a pain to build it because of heat issues with the motor I wish I got a 4wd but this is still fun

EpicJake nice don’t you thinks that’s a little hard on the motor ? Although that would be very good at drifting.

Ride BC yeah probably but with a smaller pinion it made it have more torque just less speed I mainly use it in the sand dunes though.
