    What happens when the driving gas (compressed air as shown) stops supplying the return pump? Should I add a backflow preventer to my compressed air line? Or would it be better to power the return pump with steam only. Thanks for the Video !

      the answer is ALWAYS the same: for the most part it really doesn't matter, just go do it. Blender will do most things.

    Should vacuum breakers be at a high point , I have some located after the coil and on the same plane as the trap , they have a lot of leak issues. I thought about moving them to the inlet side of the coil at the top?

    you didn't mention/show the operation of the air release valve that should work in conjunction with the vacuum breaker at part load. that should be installed downstream of the coil right?

    Uh... That's not the same kinda float you would use for a separater tank is it? You sell those? Is there a video on condenser/separater systems? For high pressure?

      appears not.

      That valve looks like a Spence, which is normally closed, pressure to open. So, it should fail closed. There is a possibility that it could fail open depending on the type of failure with in the valve. There are some variables to work through when a valve fails.

    What if the tank is under vacuum? The vent connected from pump to tank will break the vacuum?

      Install a vacuum breaker to get rid of negative pressure upset scenarios.
