How to install shorty levers Aprilia 660 Tuono super
มุมมอง 1K2 หลายเดือนก่อน
In this video I install Shorty levers on my Aprilla 660 Tuono. The process is easy and straightforward. If you have any questions, please put them in the comment section. The levers did come with spacer washers, we ended up not needing them. I ordered expensive levers and the set below from Amazon that were a lot cheaper. After comparing the two sets of levers there was barely a difference. If ...
Willow Springs Drag Racing

Racing in Willow Springs end of year drag race December 16th. Had a great day, weather was perfect, car ran very well, only lost to a modded Hellcat. Will have another video soon with history of Willow Springs and how their drag racing event works. Sorry for the bad audio, forgot our mic setup.

Easy peasy, thanks!
Glad it helped! Thanks for watching 😊
Dealership would charge like 68 bucks then add an extra charge for extra work required because of issues 😂

Hello, thanks for the video. The back (rear wheel suspension) of my Twenty Bobber squeaks when it bounces (goes through bumps). I removed the springs/shock absorbers and oiled/greased the bearings. no idea. Can you give me a hint? It is loud and you can hear it while driving.
I’ve seen squeaking caused the rubber insert that the shock mounting bolt goes through. Spray them with a plastic lubricant and see if that helps.
Levers look great! Good choice. I am a short rider, too. My inseam is only 27" (measured top of leg to the floor.) I have chosen to lower a lot of bikes over 25 years of riding. I never missed the decreased ground clearance and never found any objectionable handling/suspension changes. But I have always taken my bikes to reputable shops for the modifications. I'll be interested to see what lowering links you use as I'm considering a Tuono 660 purchase. Will you go for more than one inch? Also, I am curious about your boots. I wear the Daytona Max Sport GTX boot which has an internal lift. They're not the most stylish, but they have every other feature I could ever want. I've worn lifted Daytona boots for years. Absolutely no problems with shifting on sportbikes or any other types. Really nice bike! Have fun, ride safe.
I have a Lust racing lowering kit, requires the removal and replacement of the spring seat. Still on the fence about doing it. Thanks for watching!
I like those mods ..! But love u.lol
better than the factory video! however you forgot to take out the crush washer in the forward drain plug, you can see in your video the different Height of bolts because the crush washer was stuck to the block, so it now has 2 washers wich may cause leaking down the road later on, just use a mirror on your next oil change you will see it there, this has happened to me before. thanks Jeff
Czuć że lubisz to co robisz. Pozdrawiam.
Is there something comparable for men? Would be better than long john's on cold riding day.
Looks like Willow Springs does not hold drag racing very often, wonder when the next drags are scheduled? Thank you for the video.
Do I need to remove both drain plugs? Thank you in advance.
Yes, one is the crank case, the other is for the transmission. Thanks for watching!
I was trying to find the link for your exhaust in chrome unable to find one or there out. Anyway you can send me that link so I may bye one for my scout sixty. Thank you in advance!

Hello, what handle bars are those? I am looking for a windshield that will work with my mini apes (Indian brand). These might be it.
Stock handle bars on my Sixty, windshield is from Memphis Shades. Thanks for watching!
Nice bike! I just got a new 2022 Tuono myself. Loving it! (Btw, the model name is Tuono 660, not 660 Tuono)
Thanks for watching!
Does anyone know if the Viking bags can carry as much as the Indian bags made for the scout. I like the lines on the Indian bag, but I like the Vikings for the locking ability.
The Indian bags are definitely smaller.
Is that a bobber? Only asking because the scout detail is removed.
It’s a Scout Sixty, thanks for watching!
I love watching your videos but no thank you very much on the Viking bags. Yeah, they do look nice - BUT if I'm buying bags from a reputable manufacturer, I want them delivered to me, ready to bolt onto my specific motorcycle. And I'm willing to pay more for that if Viking could be bothered to do it. I'm not the least bit interested in cutting/drilling to fit.
Totally understandable, thanks for watching!
Great job , thanks . Next time you do a oil change , remove the oil filler cap before you remove the oil drain bungs , so the old oil runs out more freely , Take care .
I should have shared that, thanks for watching!
Looks nice, bit loud. I rode with straight out pipes for a good 20 years on my Low Rider, and my right ear has impaired hearing now, I would suggest a hotdog style muffler, still loud but not so much that it damages your hearing.
Not so bad on the bike, pipes do a nice job diverting the sound away. Driver notice you, with everyone so distracted now a days it’s a good thing. Thanks for watching!
Nice bike, did you say it was a naked bike? Is that because you think the fairing is small or because it had bars instead of clip-ons?
That what Aprilia considers naked, I like it though. Thanks for watching!
Sharp lady, sharp bike keep going I’m happy for you. I would like to see more videos.
More content coming soon, thanks for watching!
Man who tf turned on moon gravity😂
Right!
Congrats on the new bike, which brand fender eliminator did you use?
Thanks! T-Rex
Yeah, they're not flat spotted anymore. He honey, we have to pick up some new tires this weekend. What do you mean " we just got those last month?"
lol, when we picked up this Firebird it had been sitting for a few years. Made for a loud ride home. Got them to quiet down until we replaced them a few weeks later. Thanks for watching!
Bro really activated (plane mode)

Bro 3 to 4 more like 10
He got a pilot's licence for that?
I know right!
He better get one now!
There goes the neighborhood !!!!😡😡😡!!!
Nieghbor’s are the ones who asked us to see what the car can do, lol. Thanks for watching!
Does that work?
Sure does
Yup, thanks for watching!
How is that bike around the city/town? I like the upright handle bars.
Very comfortable, upright riding position is great. Low end torque and quick shifter make it the easiest bike I have to ride. Just needs a larger windscreen. Thanks for watching!
Don't break a nail 😂😂, good choice, Aprilia rules 👍 👌
Less everything else more this stuff
I hear you, thanks for watching!
The sound is too quiet.
We were having mic problems, sorry. Thanks for watching

Most of video had bad audio I could barely hear her. I enjoyed the filming and audio I could hear
Forgot my Bluetooth mic 😔 thanks for watching!
Nice runs! The 10bolt didn’t skip a beat. What’s the rear tire and wheel specs?
It did not, forgot to mention we did switch out to a Richmond 3.73 gear set. Also tubular rear control arms and panhard rod. Also stiffened the chassis with sub frame connectors. Running 15” JMS wheels on 26.0/10.0 Hoosier Slicks. The only draw back to this setup is you have grind down your rear calipers a bit and remove the jounce bouncers. Replaced the bouncers with a custom piece of rubber from a junk yard Caprice.
@@eileen-on-wheels it looks real nice the way it’s in that fender and not super sticking out. I have an f body that I may thinning if wrenching on for a daily driver class. They do require 17s minimum which sucks!
Those exhaust is loud 😊looks good though
Very loud, be heard be seen 😃 thanks for watching!
Eileen, you rock! Peace
I appreciate it, thanks for watching!

My son wants to know if you want to go riding with him? :) He has an Indian too.
My husband and I are always going in group rides. Where are you guys located? Thanks for watching!
So I’m using the Memphis Shades road warrior 13 inch fairing on my 23 scout rogue. I had put Vance and Hines exhaust on it but it was obnoxious to both me and other motorists. Drilled out my stock baffles and it sounds OK, but would love to find some slip-on that were a little tamer. Also rocking Dean Speed sissy-bar and sliders, LED headlight with custom dynamics pro beam white running-light/turn signals. Aftermarket crash bars and other goodies, too.
Nice build! I like it super annoying loud, lol. Thanks for watching!
I think you look lovely, that’s my comment x
Great review......very nice hard shell bags.
