I disagree that Salem was "evil" because we didn't see her mourn her father. It's like calling all victims of child abuse "evil" over not giving a shit about their abusive parent. She didn't tell Ozma to kill her father either, so I don't see how she can be held liable. She was 100% in the right to want to get out, and so it wasn't her fault the warriors died, because in the end, it was her father who killed them, not Salem, he simply could have just, not commited murder and let his daughter out of captivity. Clearly she didn't expect people to actually be killed, considering how horrified she looked.

It looks lame for me despite I realize these guys were trying their best (respect for them! but...) Maybe freakin super-realistic 3D without these anime-styled eyes would work, but not this kind of 3D graphics. P.s. terrible fate was "fan made" in the sense that the studio that made the animation are big fans of majora's mask. Make no mistake, they are professionals, not just ameteur animators. Their studio is called Ember Labs, and they made a full game called Kena: bridge of spirits, which features animation and models very close in quality to this production. The gameplay is kinda repetitive, but the art is phenomenal. It's worth playing just for the art.

I personally doubt that Jimmy died, probably just chilling somehwere quite with his God gf, and don't forget a Xel'Naga can choose a form, so she just went with classic Kerrigan

Yooo, amazing reaction, brother! Weiss is based this episode ;D And Ruby is just going places. When the most hopeful character does not have enough hope to fill the bottle, that kinda sucks. I hope she is gonna be ok this volume. Like notice how forced she is when presenting the sword to the guards. She is like dang fuck it everybody expects me to do it so let's just fricking do it. And she was going downhill mentally since volume 3 if you remember. I think even there it was already noticeable in how she acted. But the boys have already discussed that a lot when you watched volume 3. And damn, Yang gotta know what its like to feel loved. Why she confused? Coulda answered that, no? If not then that's gonna mean Yang is in a bad shape rn. Heavy episode to unpack. Also damn I love the scene when Ruby talks about Penny. Can we have Penny back again? But now with some immortality stuff ;D And think about the fact that team RWBY does not know Jaune fell with them... Anyway, that was an amazing reaction, dude! You keep mastering your craft and taking it to the whole another level! I think these reactions are so fire they are not allowed on the airplane. Dear content creators, it doesn't hurt to speak the truth. This is a horrible adaptation.

There are people screaming in the background of the Rand/Logain scene. Pretty sure Logain is being held at a Sanitorium (probably a large manor house the Aes Sedai are keeping men that they've gentled who are in various levels of being crazy). Rand probably went there to learn from them about how to stave off the madness as best he can. Pretty reasonable place for him to start out the season. Best guess this is in or not far from Cairhein, since that's where he'll head next. I think all that blue is supposed to indicate that you're in or not far from Cairhein - I think they're using a blue palette for the stuff in the east and a yellow one for the Seanchan and the Shienarans out in the West so you know where you are in the world when they cut back and forth.

The music, the acting and some of the action is just great. Some of the action is a little CW. I really just want that toned up a little and the writing to get smarter and tighter. Ceiling is top notch - particularly since this has enough international/multi-cultural appeal that it could be a truly global show.

One issue I have with the Logain trailer is the visual flashback, we just don't need that, it's a distraction and I think it goes to the way they do exposition often doesn't trust the audience to be very smart. If you were binging the show, you'd have seen that very distinctive scene about 2 1/2 hours earlier. Just feels like they have to give the information but they could trust the audience to by 10-20 IQ points smarter. And then sometimes they just don't give the information, like why are they suddenly tearing up the throne in episode 8 of season 1? Horn of Valere? What's that, because they didn't mention it up to that point.

The music is all sung in the old tongue :) definitely gives it a very different vibe to other fantasy music, alongside the plethora of crazy instruments lorne balfe uses!

Music direction is impressive indeed. You have a great name, Lorne Balfe, leading the Music efforts. They've said Selene will be introduced as an InnKeeper in Cairhien. I didn't recall but blue is apparently a big color in that city. Morraine also wears blue for dual reasons; she's also nobility in Cairhien. As part of clip releases we learn that Rand is working in a Sanatorium to help rehabilitate others/himself. Logaine can most likely be found here amongst the patients. Regarding Logain's ability, I think this is lore stretching, but it is a good way to tie stories together so let's just go with it.

This whole Ever After seems to operate on Storytelling logic......and a Eulogy is very powerful storytelling indeed.
