i see no problem with squatters moving in to long abandoned buildings its only when they try and move into peoples houses and active land thats when they become scumbags

I hear Rents is high cost living is high .....But these is the most Middle Class Squatters yet .... There Squatters with no excuse for it ... There an Insult to working class busting balls everyday to pay rent or cost of living ... There also an insult to migrants that cant work here or access the system either squat or in tents ... These lot got no excuse ....They got passports they got right to live and work and access the NHS and most of them appear to be well educated Brits that with well spoken English ....As i have said they have NO Excuse ...Got more respect for migrant squatters any day of the week over them lot ... If you dont like the system they have right to vote ......try VOTING for once ..

I don't understand why these guys are homeless. In the UK there's a safety net called the welfare state, now I know in 2023 times have changed in regards to that, but this is 8yrs old. There was hostels, homeless shelters, benefits to claim (whether NFA or not). There was enough housing available back then to have your name down on the council/housing association list in order to prevent this.

Advisory service for squatters, are great. Recently got 3 handbooks from them. Really good information regarding the rights of squatters. Been in 5 squats, way back in the 90s. Good times, and great memories.

i'm american i live in L.A. and it looks to me like homelessness is going up in all the first world industrialized countries. i'm 54 and the homeless rpoblem here in L.A. is the worst i've ever seen it and L.A. is already famous for having the biggest homeless population in the u.s.a. it seems to me like alot of modern technologies that could easily be used to improve things across the board for human beings are instead concentrating more and more wealth in the hands of fewer and fewer people. it's sickening. unfortunately the human race never figured out any way to keep sociopaths out of positions of power and wealth.

I squatted for years in London always in residential properties...I even knew someone who ended up owning the property...it's much harder now...and rents are even higher

It's woefully short on accurate legal information and the terminology is wrong and confusing. That isn't good film making. There is little to no information about anything much. I'd agree that establishment media such as the BBC are awful but this type of twee and shallow is not the best way to remedy those establishment propaganda defects. And before anyone whinges, I know about squatting, as well as criminal and housing law.

Haha, so epic. To some extent pretty accurate of what goes through a gamers mind when they are really into a certain title. Planning strategies on the toilet, dreaming the journeys in bed, thinking about your next move at work to only conquer whatever the cost once you finally get the chance to sit down, plug in and lose yourself for a couple of hours.
