Imma be real with you, this tier list would be different for me. First off, i'd say Tails is a solid B-to-A tier character. Have you ever gone up against a Tails main with at least one functioning braincell? They will absolutely annoy you. Plus, look at Tails and Creams' height compared to other survivors. Being smaller, they are a pain to hit. Plus, glide having extra stamina allows them to trick an exe who thought they were an easy kill. Delay on the arm cannon does suck, but you do gain a smaller cooldown, and can predict the exe and even bait a kolossus block (speaking from experience on both sides of it). Overall, Tails is mean and can be a pain to hit sometimes. I can agree with the Knuckles rating. He is a nightmare when played right. Amy is a solid A for me. I see people complaining about Hammer Bounce being replaced with Hammer Spin and say how it's so baitable. However, Amy is a trickier Knuckles. Knuckles is simply a Brawler with low cooldowns and ie always in the exes face. Amy is not only a brawler, but a brawler that can fool and easily take care of an exe. Hammer Spin is unblockable and can multi stun, making her even more annoying. Also, Hammer attack has such a big range, it is near impossible to escape when too close to her. The windup is just long enough for me to predict and fast enough to punish. Hamer throw is whatever. I refuse to elaborate. Eggman... imma be real with you, easy C to very, VERY low B. Let's face it, he isn't that good. Yes, the turrets slow, yes his jetpacks goes far, but think about the time it takes for your jetpack to charge up high enough to get that far, and think about how vulnerable you are when using your turrets. In fact, the turrets are mostly a pain to Kolossus, as small exe has the speed to just ignore them. On top of that, it takes one minion to destroy the turrets. Add on his taller hitbox, and you have a survivor who isn't all that useful. Besides, the people struggling against Eggman tend to ignore him and other supports. If you literally just run past the stunners, it won't take long to kill a support, especially Eggman, who has to rely on his turrets and an okay jetpack. It becomes even harder when the exe gets you to accidentally jump when you didn't need to. See, when Eggman had shock, it made his big hitbox good because it was hard to avoid, and it countered the small exe, who is far stronger than many give credit for. But, it came at the cost of being blockable, and you had to be close to the exes. At least it got the exe away from your teammates or would trick them into running into another stunner. I used to main Eggman, so i've personally been annoyed with the removal of shock. (I realized i put Amy in the wrong spot, whoopsies.) Cream is honestly a good A tier character. Her overheal can give massive amounts of hp, allowing survivors to tank more hits and even messes with big exes grab as it keeps giving the survivor hp while he does his best to choke them out. It's like Sally's shield, but it doesn't give a speed boost and forces Cream to stand still. Speed boost is easily one of the best mobility as both exes have to use their mobility, charge, and spin dash to keep up with you. Add on Creams' tiny hitbox, and you have an annoying support who just lacks any form of defense, though your team will (or should) most likely automatically want to protect you, especially Knuckles. Overall, solid support and hard to hit. Sally is easily an S tier. Why? Because she is one of a few characters who can solo the best. She has a shield that acts as a get out of jail free card she can share with teammates, and an emp that majroly slows ths exe while majorly increasing your speed, the only flaws being it doesn't have i-frames, has short range, and requires solid timing. Sally is simple, but she is scarily effective. However, most Sally players are immediately attacked and killed (speaking from experience) before they can do anything, hence why not a lot of people play her. Shadow is either a high A tier or low S tier. Of every character, i've had the most solo runs with Shadow (most failed, admittedly). When playing Shadow, one has to really learn how his moveset works, or else they'll die fast, because his stuns don't last long, but also serve as good mobility. His 'homing' strike may not lock onto and chase down the exe anymore, but it still is unblockable, and missing just gives you some good distance. Plus, you hover while using it, so you can trick an exe by using it over a ledge and going towards another spot on the ledge. Just remember, the stun isn't long, and doesn't knock back the exe much. As for Boost, it's a good mobility that does what Eggman's jetpack used to do, hover you up and forwards. It can be used mid-air, making it a solid mobility and stomping is a good way to save teammates since it's also unblockable. Overall, Shadow is a solid character who does take learning. As for Rouge... we don't speak of her... Metal Sonic, i can agree with. A solid Metal Sonic player can guarantee a victory. In fact, i've seen most won matches having a metal sonic because of his tankiness and his ability to annoy the exe. I just wish he couldn't be grabbed... Silver is a solid B for me. Yeah, Silver is well-rounded, but he falls flat for me. His orb shot is blockable, giving the exe a free stun to block... so long as they remembered you. Speed boost eas better than what i last thought as it goves you enough speed to punish an exe who misses their attack. Barrier is his worst love to me, and it's still useful, as it blocks an exes path. But, the ladders and simply jumping around the barrier can bypass it completely. Useful, but he can be a gamble at times. And oh, poor Blaze. I rank her in C because her stuns aren't that good. On paper, she should be the biggest annoyance after Metal Sonic, since she has a fast unblockable stun, and a shorter range, but more effective stun. Honestly, Heatwave can be so unreliable at times, especially with its charge up. As for Fire Tornado, it's reliable, but not as good as one may think. Yes, you can hit multiple exes and not lose speed, but it doesn't stun very long, and you can be killed for the few seconds you charge it up. Plus, Exes just seem to hate Blaze and Sally, as i've seen plenty of them killing the two, even if there was a more annoying stunner out o. The loose. Is this tier list useful? No. Should you read it? Double no.

One thing you don’t bring up as much is how much stun different characters do Like even tho knuckles moves are hard to hit it does amazing stun Compared to blaze moves which do close to 0 stun It’s a pretty good balance mechanic

Eggman definitely needs a change. What I want to see happen is him getting his early 1.2 shock (1.5 second stun or something) along with the turrets how they are now, but maybe an 8 second cooldown instead of 12? Edit: I’m an Eggman main but A is a little high for him, _waaay_ too high if Amy’s an A as well.

I like the concept of Eggman's rework, but in execution, he feels incredibly underpowered.

For tails I found the 0.2 delay to actually help him so I don’t mind it. The EGGMAN turrets are good but I preferred stun so I rather we have both. I’m not a fan of hammer spin since it feels like the hammer swing but weaker and hammer jump was way better. creams overheal is SO good. Less cooldown and more heal. It helps much more and can save people easier. No more waiting for cooldown to end for one person to tank a hit just to wait 80 seconds now you can heal them 130+ and they can tank multiple for a while. I LOVE IT. The emp for sally is really nice. I like it instead of roll. But I wish both were still in. Shadows new moveset is good I don’t have any issues with that. Knuckles shorter cooldowns make him INSANELY good. Rouge got a HUGE nerf. I remember I coukd never find rouge and it’s hard to chase her. So she went from one of the best to decent. Metal sonic is good but the explosion thing is so bad like it doesn’t even help that much… it’s just like punching the exe. Silvers moveset is amazing, easy to use and helps others. Blaze has a nice and effective moveset but it requires skil.

Eggman... I'm VERY mixed... Ngl, he both sucks and is good at the same time, as his Turrets are trash but also waste time, it might be confusing what I'm talking about.... But he is y'know, a very good and bad support, I don't know why, but he's just so damn mixed lmao. But one specific reason why I'm mixed, is holy moly he's so DEFENSELESS in solos, yeah, turrets can (not really) help, but dawg it's very hard to pull off, his jetpack I'm also kind of mixed on, it's... Bad... But good in a different type of situation like when afar but up close is HELLA risky... But some positive things I can say about his rework is that turrets are actually... Really fun! I've had so much fun repairing them, and so, I think that what makes his rework good, his jetpack is very good if you wanna reach the exit faster, and one more thing... TAILS CAN REPAIR THE TURRETS!!! That's all I gotta say for his rework, hot take though, he's balanced, like real balanced... Anyway it took awhile to write this lol.. Write a reply if you wanna ask more what I think about the rework... Woo!!!1!1 Oh and I forgor, his jetpack is sooo good!!

Rouge is honestly a very situational character. If you are facing small Sonic, use her. If it’s a foggy map like … or Hill she can be a great help for ranged stunners to hit their shots. Other than that she dosen’t have a lot of defense. 1.1 Rouge was even worse, yes, however she’s still only B+ tier in my opinion. She’s incredibly situational, and is better swapped out for a reliable stunner like Amy or Knuckles.

Ngl, But I respect your own opinion, but imo 1. Rouge is an S tier for me, Why? her remote trap is literally so annoying, it can be baitable or not, her slide is good for solo terms, and sensors too. With Evasion gone, she’s now pretty useful. Flashbang literally blinds the exe, for like 4 to 5 secs. In Team terms, she’s honestly super great. 2. Eggman, for me.. is a C or D tier... he’s kinda weak now, and very very vulnerable. His hitbox became slightly bigger than its normal hitbox, and for his turrets, it just makes the exe slow down, and exes can avoid it easily just by attacking it, or use other mobility attacks for it to get hit... and jet pack, THATS HIS ONLY DEFENSE , so... he got worse than before imo...😢 That’s all ig
