21k people seen this. Afew years now and blinds still as good as whan I shortened them. Helped a few people out. I made this when I worked out how to shorten blinds. Especially when no one had posted anything to help.

I ordered blinds for every room, the width was perfect, but I never took the actual thickness of the base of the blinds into consideration when measuring the drop, so they all over hang the windowsill by an inch 😂😑😳
adjust one at a time. we'll worth it so they fit nice.

Yes in person it's better changes in the light . No pun intended. I need a tittle for this. Changes might be apt. They look great in shop windows real eye catching.
omg its really beautiful.. things always look better on video. not saying it wasn't beautiful in photos but the vid makes it sparkle more. thats how my art is it looks way better in person then in photos

Cutting at the top makes it less easier to see if it's a mm out. That was my idea.
Awesome video! I was thinking about cutting at the bottom and folding over with a hot glue gun, but this make much better sense as i would lose many inches. Thank you x
Looks good but I don't think you'll get a professional look at the end of this. I'm worried you'll see the glue. Also it's not a proper crease and looks rounded where it folds over.
