I really hope he reruns again soon I only have lisa for electro and I’m really wanting some new electros especially a good damage dealer and I love his burst it feels like a devil trigger form the dmc games and the timing gimmick with the eye is super super cool to me

It's not that he is bad. It's just that he isn't really ''meta''. He has one of the most fun playstyles in the game but he isn't practical. His burst lasts too long and a c6 Kuki can be as good if not better at hyperbloom than Cyno. I wish he could be like Nilou but for hyperbloom. Some type of extra damage which only he could do to hyperbloom. That would've made him sell and pull for much more than he already is

Cyno is wonderful for bosses and if you have decent supportive units. Without decent team investment he is pretty rough. Can be pretty tough to time bursts at the start of new mobs too but really satisfying when you get it right
