We agree, it’s expensive to visit Iceland. I am guessing it is because everything has to be imported. However, we knew this prior to visiting and managed to stick to a budget.

Things have clearly changed from the time we were there in June. I hope they can get the situation under control soon and people are able to experience it again without any danger.

Thanks for your input, and that’s why the Blue Lagoon is closed temporarily as they monitor the situation carefully. They take safety very seriously and would never put guests in harms way. They are also monitoring the air quality. That’s why we advised people to check the website for further updates. We were there in June and this was not happening to this degree at the time.

We are happy you found our video useful. If you prioritize visiting phi phi island, worried about sea sickness and would prefer taking the ferry, then I would highly recommend staying in phi phi for the night then continuing on your trip to Krabi. The ferry takes a long time and you may end up spending the entire day on it because it has to stop at Krabi first. The car transfer is good if you want to get to Krabi quickly without visiting phi phi. We made a video about visiting phi phi also, check it out and please subscribe. As another option you could visit phi phi from Krabi as a day trip as it is much closer than from Phuket. Feel free to ask additional questions.

Then local sight seeing (Maya bay vikings pileh Lagoon etc). Evening pool party at phi phi ibiza. Next day phi phi to Krabi by ferry. Will this workout? Can you suggest any improvement or tips regarding this plan?

I think this is excellent. Just be sure to schedule Maya bay in the early morning or late evening to beat the crowds. Because it can get crazy. We didn’t like it because of the crowds. So don’t make our mistake. Enjoy ! and that’s for subscribing.
