his double end bag work is way above most....and the bag aint too tight either ..which is how a lot of pros blag it that they are timed up to the max...but they aint not until that bag is kinda loose ...real good

Dbl end bag starts at 3:47. Anybody who thinks that boxing isn't a martial art is an idiot. Just watching a pro or good amateur work a double end bag or slip bag is poetry in motion, and when you put that training in the ring, cage, or on the street, it's deadly. Wish I could get a better look at his footwork while on the double end bag. I wonder why his trainer has him wearing his gloves while on it, much harder to hit when u don't have pillows on ur hands.

@ullorbrolly as far as hand speed and hand eye coordination nobody I've never seen matches rjj but maybe the original sugarman, mayweather n pacman speed is good too but not close enough

@freakinricandito true, but he's never had a solid jab. I think he could've been/ be a much more effect fighter if he worked more off of his jab. Not acting like I know everything about boxing, that I can tell Shane how to or how he should box, just my humble opinion.

I am a big fan of hagler he was the best middleweight of all time and was a no frills fighter no fancyness just a fighting machine . And this fight just summs hagler up just no quit in him , just a warrior never taking a back step. John mugabi was a real toigh nut and gave his all in this fight . Great fighf.

Poor Mosley, He's black and fights like a white guy besides the speed and power. I know he's a great fighter but his style is so hard to stomach.

A big big Hagler Fan and to be honest this fight really did take alot out of both fighters, however Hagler was past his prime and was on the wrong side of 30 but as for Magabi - he was sort of stopped short in his prime with Hagler, as he was never the same fighter again after this fight, I really miss these old type middles - they just dont come through anymore - its all glitz an glamour now - enough to make ya Puke up !
