I had a thought lately, taking over an abandoned railway like the Oswestry railway or the ruabon line past corwen and turning it into a safe haven for 158s and 150s

Nothern is also an arriva company so keeping the trains under arriva would be a good thing, different companies having 15 yr long franchises sucks, arriva was better

POV: my entire model collection also i digress, my garden used to be occupied by a rail spur to the brewery once in the communal car park and the 158s are being replaced, if the track still existed I could've bought a 158 and kept it in my garden
