It is great to see that India will have a high-speed railway system. Just like Communist China or Socialist China India is a pre-industrialized society. Clearly this high-speed system was invented and made by the Japanese. Japan is clearly an industrialized society. India like Communist or Socialist China bought the technology to improve its transportation system. At least the Indians are honest about buying this technology from Japan. Unlike Communist or Socialist China the Chinese Totalitarian Government have convinced its own people that China invented and created its high-speed railway. Hopefully India will work on creating a modern industrialized trading system for its people. That way India can invent and build its own high-speed railway.
