    Self reliance for me is when I have down days and really allow myself to be down and process those emotions, but at the same not staying for too long in those emotional dips and picking myself up by doing exercise, reading book, listening to podcast just anything that uplifts me 😊

    I've met people who seem so confident, but as time goes on you see they too have anxiety. It affects so many people. Once I realised that I actually gained confidence from that.
