Hi mate, I've been thinking about joining the technsport group but I'm hesitating. Watching his videos I wonder how relevant they are with him in America. The volume he finds compared to us and the brands we don't have in the UK. How useful and relevant do you find it?

I'm not sure how easy it would be to find 15 x £20 profit items per day. I find on an average sourcing day I can find about £100 profit worth of items. I don't know what more I could do that I could improve that. If I get lucky I might find an occasional high value item or a decent facebook marketplace bundle but on average I think £100 in my situation is where I am

Problem you have is time Took you 8 hrs to source 15 good items now you have to go home pick and pack items sold then list your 15 items for the day,. Your 8 HR day just become 14 hrs plus. Watched your mate video other day gentleman marketeer he did video went gym then packed his orders then went sourcing all afternoon. No mention of listing at all. The problem with you tubers make it sound easy £300 a day bloody hard work you need suppliers you won't get that just going charity shops and bootsales. Not being negative but it's true. Not trolling either but your giving a false impression that it's easy.

Head down mate source source source dont worry about targets or goals just get out there & find the good items that sell. We want 2 consecutive £10k months within the next 6 months then you know you are on the right track BOSH 💪

I've resold part-time since 2016 on ebay. For me the listing is the hard part as it's the bit I'm least motivated to do. Sourcing gets easier the more relationships you make. Keep multiple plates spinning. I've made mistakes over the years and am still learning but a few things that changed my mentality that I've learnt from others on reselling are; a) Remember you're in the selling business not the storage business (sometimes it's better to get something sold that hold onto it in hope you can rinse out a bit more in profit.) b) Increase average selling price (not necessarily focused on profit margin alone), it will usually take as much time to list a £10 item as it will to list a £50 item. c) Level up your sourcing. Build long lasting relationships with multiple functions e.g. dealers, charity shops so you know every day/week where you're certain to be getting some of your stock from. As your relationships strengthen, it also removes some of your competition. However, be aware that plenty of others will also be trying to build the same relationship or sometimes things change e.g. charity policy change and you lose one of your sourcing feeds. Always have multiple sourcing feeds set up. d) Utilise multiple selling mediums. I only use Ebay for online selling currently, however offline I have multiple selling mediums that I use which help me diversify the items that I purchase. e) Tell people you're a reseller. It seems surprising but when I've been honest with people I'm building a relationship with, that's tended to help the relationship grow faster. Some people will choose not to sell to you, or will price items up but in my experience, it's the minority. I tend to refrain from telling random stalls at bootfairs that I'm a reseller, however if I want to build a relationship with a dealer or charity shop I'll be honest with them. f) Pay it forward. Part of the reason for the relationships I've built is because in addition to paying them for items, I pay them back with the knowledge I've gained. e.g. I help one of my local charities price up their items and have helped them raise more money on items that may have ended up in landfill. I've also helped dealers before, e.g. electronic recycling and house clearance to understand what their items are and the value. g) Consistent listing and write good quality item titles. g) There's enough stock out there and niches for everyone who wants to, to be able to do reselling, however everyone will have different goals and their revenue will vary.

James, I live for these videos and the motorway bridge mate! Also, we need The 10K drop where you run a 10k before dropping off the parcels. These are way too short. 😂

That’s so wrong they keep your money that long on vinted they don’t in France

What I find helps with the water is having a dedicated bottle (I use one of the metal insulated screw top ones) and making sure I empty it x amount of times a day. I also don’t like drinking cold water so drink warm water as I find it goes down easier (especially in winter).

this one hit me hard was not sure how to put it in words but here we go early 30s i found out that i cant have kids. i was firing blanks. at the time i just wanted to kill myself so the wife could find someone who could give her what she wanted. i am still here and she stuck by me and we have a great life still hurts even now. but can say when it does happen for you. when that baby grows up its going to be so proud to call u daddy because i know i would. your a amazing person and your going to be awsome role model for your family xxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Keep going remain positive. My wife had an early miscarriage, we also two failed attempts at ivf. We both got to the stage of we can’t do this anymore it was heartbreaking, but we had to go through the agony to reach the joy. We adopted our first seven years ago age 3 and our second three years ago age 2. We would not change anything on our journey because if we had biological children we would not have our two beautiful children and we love them to the moon and back. Things happen for a reason I wish you all the best on your journey.
