was the soaked rice weight the final weight after soaking the rice overnight? how much rice and water did you initially start with? thanks!
400-420 grams of dry rice and 250 grams water. You can put as much water as you want to make sure that all of the rice is covered just strain it out. 600 grams is the final weight.
