I do NOT believe that Bill's "father figures" held their "son" in any great region. Pai Mei beat hell out of Bill when he bought "bleep" for martial arts training. He also taught her that 5-point heart technique, which she used to kill Bill. (Did Pai Mei figure on that?) Hattori Hanzo broke a Holy Oath to GOD to make no more swords, knowing she wanted it to kill Bill. (I guess THAT was different!) Esteban Vihaio revealed his whereabouts thereby enabling her to find and kill Bill! ("He's like a son to me! Here he is, go kill him!")

Gene Wilder was Richard Pryor's side kick in many movies. You should check out Stir Crazy or any of their other movies.

Max Cherry had to keep it real with himself, Jackie was a little more out of his league then he could handle lol. Sam Jackson held it down in this film tho, great performance.

You girls are right on wondering why there are sequels after this. The reason is the studio keeps wanting to make sequels for money, even though the story is finished after T2. Just like the Matrix series even though the story was properly finished after the first one.
