Yoshimura AT2 for R3 and MT 03
This is the very first ride and the grease isn't even burnt off yet so maybe we'll hear some pops on deceleration in time, but for now it runs clean. There is DB killer but I'm thinking I'll probably run without it.
I'd love to know what you thought about the video. Feel free to check out my Photography Page (link at the bottom) and have a great day :-)

New Board Day!!
มุมมอง 216ปีที่แล้ว
I got a GT!! First impression, I was like damn... this thing could climb a mountain easily. I had already decided on the floral pattern (sup Craft & Ride) and the first mountain that came to mind was Haleakala from when I was stationed in Hawaii. The Onewheel GT has already been covered really well by TH-camrs but suffice it to say this board is where it's at. All the positive reviews are true....

This is without a tune so that's why you hear some pops on deceleration but by the time you're reading this my bike probably already has a tune on it. It has a DB killer, which is the same one from a similar Yoshimura Alpha exhaust. Check out this exhaust at the link below and navigate to the DB killer if you're interested in it. www.yoshimura-rd.com/products/r7-mt-07-race-at2-stainless-full-ex...
XP High Pull w/ Matt B.

If you've done many high pulls you know they only get better and better the more you do them soo... yeah don't judge us. 😄 This was our first time flying together. Thanks for the footage, Matt, and thanks for convincing me to get myself out to the dropzone for a little middle of the week fun. This was my first time doing flocking type stuff (though I was doing high pulls like 13 years ago) and ...
Downsizing My Life
มุมมอง 2Kปีที่แล้ว
You may know I had a Yamaha R3 a few years ago, and even though a lot of people call that a beginner bike, I put a LOT of miles on it and had a lot of fun with it as a experienced rider. It was at a time when I needed a motorcycle for daily transportation and the cheaper the better, so I bought it and modified it a little bit (mainly with aesthetic mods). Fast forward a few years later and five...

i have a impreza 2019 hatch sport cvt too . and install a axelback and i search a lot of vidéo like yours . you film interior and exterior comparaison. thats great thank you . now i know what m'y exterior exhaust sound hahah
perfect vidéo ! thanks
@@valeriedube3167 my pleasure. I’m always glad anytime somebody gets even the slightest bit of usefulness out of one of my videos. 🤘😎
I have the same exhaust on my R7 without the DB killer . It’s extremely loud as to the point of I’m going to start wearing earplugs 😂😂😂 I love it though . Good video , stay safe and become a professional at covering the brake all the time !!!
Thank you, I enjoyed making the video a lot and always love hearing about other people who have it. Enjoy!!
Does it do the pop pop pop thing 😍
It does for sure. Mainly on deceleration but upshifts with the quick-shifter make a little pop too.
You’re good at making it not sound like a cvt. I appreciate that a lot lol
Haha… thanks. Subaru’s CVT has to be the best for fun-ish driving. It downshifts very aggressively under hard braking enhancing the disc brakes performance and upshifts are actually pretty satisfying. For every day driving I like it a lot, especially with my jacked up knees and feet. If only Subaru would give us about a 230 horse turbo engine to go with the Impreza hatchback it would be basically perfect.
Are you running the factory tune?
Hey, sorry I took so long to respond. I didn't see this for some reason... but yeah. Still on the factory tune and see no reason to change it.
As a very senior citizen, I bought this same 10" NAMELESS exhaust system. Before, I walked away from my Subaru and didn't realize it was still running. Hasn't happened since the new NAMELESS.
That’s great 😊 there’s just absolutely nothing wrong with being able to hear your car in my opinion
Is this the stainless steel or titanium?
Stainless
Excellent video. Just a regular guy playing with his car. Love it. Great job with all the POVs, I wish more people did that. I have a 2010 Subaru Impreza and am considering this exact mod soon. Hope you are still enjoying it 2 years later
Much appreciated, and you said it!! Just a normal guy enjoying his car and I say go for it. The sound definitely makes the drive a lot more interesting.
@@JasonYergin Nice. Thanks for the reply. Your impreza has the 2.5L engine? Trying to find out engine model but not sure it matters much. The Nameless exhast systems come up in a lot of threads and videos for the Subaru's
Told you time travel is dangerous sure Marty has a better like and his parents have more money but the mall lost spine tree.
Exactly!!
Is this a manual or CVT ?

ghosting when?
Sounds insane
It’s so right for an R7 or MT/FZ-07. So good all around. Even if you're just chillin and cruising around it sounds great but of course if you get on it there's a lot more awesomeness

That’s were I purchased my Elantra N !
No way.... LOL nice. What a trip
Dude the Elantra N is the SHIT. Love that car. Now back to the regularly scheduled programming 😆
LOL… you are not wrong.
😊 yessir. I’ve owned the model that came before it, Elantra Sport. It was turbocharged and had 210 after a cold air intake. The N has another 100 hP on that. I wish I had bought it myself, I miss my Elantra. Hyundai is doing it right
Glad I kept my xr so I can ride it why the GT gets fixed
That's good for sure. I hope they get it right too. I see a GT in my future, maybe not right away, but one of these days.
Nice video man I’m torn between The N or a 2020 accord 2.0t 10 speed
I appreciate that, and I won’t lie. The Accord might be your best bet, if that car suits you in more ways. The EN can be just about as much a nice cruiser as it can be a street going race car so the dual personality is pretty nice, but I know I could also really enjoy the 2.0 Accord with that engine in transmission.
I intend this with all sincerity…I only wish I could be so satisfied with mediocrity 🤔🇺🇸
It’s just a matter of perspective.
How ironic that I stumbled on to this video because I'm thinking about switching from my FZ10 to a Harley haha. Totally get your move though, enjoy!
LOL… right? I always tell people I want ALL the motorcycles but I can only afford one at a time so that’s what I’m doing
@@JasonYergin Couldn't of said it better! If I could simply just buy another bike I'd do that hahaha!
@@floyd700 you daggum right
Beautiful car, it would certainly be a mega option to purchase but unfortunately today in Brazil we are not receiving the Elantra, i30, Sonata, Azera since 2018 due to a lawsuit between Hyundai and a dealership responsible for the brand in Brazil which is CAOA Motors . 😞
I’m sorry to hear that. It seems like nobody wins when giants like that battle with each other over lawsuits.
what camera do you use?
I use a Canon EOS R as well as a GoPro Hero 7 and iPhone 13 😎
I’m torn between this and a WRX.
I’m positive the most EN owners won’t tell you this, but having owned both of them, even though my WRX was an older model, it’s an awesome car. It’s totally legit compared to most of the hot hatchbacks/sedans out there. I think it all comes down to whether you want AWD or not.
I’m a civic hatch sport owner. Gonna go with a high flow cat and Borla exhaust so I can replicate that EN sound. 🎵🎵🎶Enjoy! I’m jealous.
You really cannot go wrong with Borla exhausts. I've never once heard a Borla I didn't like. I just happen have a MAPerformance downpipe and midpipe for a Honda 1.5 that I will sell you ridiculously cheap. Of course you'd have to pay shipping but I have been meaning to get around to selling them but they're just sitting brand new in the box with the hardware. Msg me on FB or IG if you're interested 🤘😎
Already selling your 2017? Man I am going from an 07 corolla to the Elantra N the difference is huge for me haha.
Yeah… I wish I could experience all the cool but the best I can do is experience them one at a time. 😅 I’m sure you will enjoy the hell out of the EN
How has it been? I have a 1.5 civic and considering getting a Elantra n. Would you recommend it?
Absolutely. The power is on a whole other level compared to an non Si 1.5. It's more on par with a Civic Type R, although of course just a little shy in terms of peak output. The consensus seems to be that Hyundai underrated the Elantra N and Kona N power/torque so the official ratings are closer to what they put down at the wheels.
My buddy has a Nata N line with Jb4 Tune and Intake. Lmao, dude that car is so fast. We took it out racing and he dusted more than a few decently fast cars.
They really are fast, especially with a tune and a couple of bolt-ons. They are almost too much fun 😅
nice car bro
Much appreciated
love the editing and music, really nice visuals. thank you. also. i rode bikes for 40 years and feel the passion
I really appreciate that. Honestly, I can say I put a ton of work into making this video, so that is very much appreciated. Sometimes I like to say that I want to own all the motorcycles, but since I can’t on them all, I’ll settle for having them one at a time. For sure, I want to enjoy as many different types of riding as possible.
It’s an auto tho
Yeah, it's pretty crazy. I've owned around 20 manual transmission vehicles so it's just not a new fad for me.
I picked up a Manual Polar White EN back in August. I really do wish I got the Auto instead after driving 12 000kms. The manual does not feel as special as the rest of the car, it really lacks feedback and feel. The DCT felt a lot more elevated.
I get where you're coming from but a lot of times I feel like there are things I'm missing from the manual. It seems like a pretty sweet car in either transmission
@@JasonYergin by my account the only thing that’s missing is NGS and adaptive cruise control. Ironically both things I would love to have
My dream car )) Wish someday i could buy it too ))
I agree, having owned a 2009 Street Triple, this range of motorcycles is the best on the market. A Harley is a different segment, but Triumph Street Triple is a fantastic motorcycle and I would consider getting one again anytime, even regretting upgrading to a Speed Triple.
Your take on ride your ride being about riding without gear is something I never thought of. When I tell people to ride their own ride it's more like, go as slow as you need to.
Honestly since you mention I've heard it used for just kind of taking your time too. Riding within your limits. I guess in a way they might go together AND I appreciate the perspective. Have a good one 😎
I'm only calling this a high pull since there were just two of us, but this jump was very much in the spirit of canopy flocking aside from that... and of course aside from the fact that this was our first time flying together. These jumps only get better the more you do them and I'm looking forward to many more 🤘😎 Cheers!
Excellent video my friend!!! Thanks for posting!! The exhaust sound sounds really good!!!
Thank you!! 😎 I'm really stoked that you enjoyed it and I really appreciate that
Love that blue exterior color. Was that your first choice?
Absolutely, and I couldn't agree more. I knew the dark Intense Blue was the way to go from the first time I saw the different options.
🤘😎🖤
I’m looking into getting one for my 19 base 5 speed. The Quad axle back looks cool. I need to learn more about cars and exhaust systems though
I would say that's a fair statement. I think generally with axle back exhausts you don't have to do any tuning and you won't really see much different in horsepower. But it does sound really good!! 😄 Especially when you combine it with an intake. The one regret I have is I wish I would've just gotten an intake first so I could see how the car sounded with just that. Of course it's easy to take the Nameless muffler off and put the stock one back on but I think driving around for a week or two with just a high flow intake that isn't silenced would have been fun. It's amazing how much deeper the engine sounds with an intake
Did pretty much the same, went to luxembourg to pick up my i30n fastback and trade my civic sport plus - Despite the few things I liked in the civic, 0 regrets, best car i've owned, it isnt perfect but it can do everything : go on holiday with the family for 8 hours of driving, canyon carving, deafening the neighbors, going to work or shopping.... and at the press of a button you're crackling in the tunnels, while still having a very decent interior. Best value for money at the moment if you want a super fun daily driver that does it all.
Right? They really are such great cars in so many ways. I think about those things every time I drive and I try to tell people how cool it is having a car with dual personalities but it seems like some people would have to experience it as their own car to really understand it. I'm not all demandy when it comes to luxury or amenities so to be honest this car is more than nice enough inside to me and in Regular mode, I find it almost serene on a smooth road. The second you hit that N button though, you can very quickly see what the car can do in a corner, in a straight line, and against most of the hot cars in the segment today. I wish every car came with modes like N Performance cars have.
Lowrider S is a thing of beauty. But like you I’ve really started to think about value-cost ratio. Harleys are so expensive and at the end of the day my enjoyment isn’t really hindered by being on a smaller bike. I’ve started to limit excessive consumption and spending.
Honestly I think it's a great way to go. Small bikes are just as much fun to me, albeit in a different way. Everything is getting more and more expensive across the board too so it's no surprise to me that less people are buying expensive motorcycles, full size trucks that cost as much as a house, and even partaking in services like going out to eat less.
I have had my mt03 for 2 years and I ride it to work and do road trips with it. Do I sometimes think about bigger bikes yes but the mt03 is paid for and I love it.
That’s what I’m talking about, good for you! I want to be able to say the same thing (in a couple of years) and hopefully still be able to put a lot of miles on mine
I went from a 32mph E-bike commuting (which i still use in the dead of winter) to a 2020 MT03. even as a new rider the insurance is insanely low and for me the distances i ride i get months out of a tank of gas.
Right? There’s so many reasons a small displacement motorcycle makes a hell of a lot of sense. Glad to hear you’re enjoying both of your bikes. 🤘😎
I seen your video of the Harley and was thinking of getting one over my 2022 MT07 but I think it can wait
Yeah and honestly I don't't blame you. At this point I feel like the only way I'll get another bike in that price range, not just in up-front cost but in ownership as well, is if I get a job paying a LOT more money than I make now. It would be great to have a nice cruiser or touring bike that I can take on longer trips and still have the "mini-bike" for my commute or weekend fun rides but I'm not quite there yet.
The lowrider s soft tail is nice but not a keeper. The dyna is for keeps. You just get other bikes has well.
For me every time people yapping about "beginner bike" I always told them to go and ride in southeast asia and see if their mouth can match their statement and more importantly can survive the traffic riding there😂
I feel that. I drove quite a bit in Southwest Asia, in Europe, and the Middle East and it's a very different world than what most Americans know. Everyone is so entitled and sure they know how the world works but nope!! 😄
Lovely bike man enjoy it. I've been riding for many years aswell. I recently downsized from a zx10r onto a z650 aswell and i'm enjoying riding more than ever. I've only ever really owned sportbikes apart from a first gen z1000. I also heavily considered a z400. Once you get a few years riding experience on bigger bikes you can really appreciate the smaller bikes more. Momentum riding is so much fun, makes sticking to near the speed limits so much easier. It also makes you realise just how little of the bigger bike you use when normal road riding or even being a little sporty. The icing on top is as you said the Insurance is alot cheaper, road tax is cheaper, fuel economy is alot better, tyres last longer and the service intervals are longer. One thing you need to live and learn on motorcycles is getting past ego riding and not getting involved. Motorcycles are about having fun. Not about risking your life willy waving who's the fastest.
Yeah, that is so well said it's kind hard to even add anything to it. I agree on all of it and think it's funny how much supersport bikes, liter sized and bigger, are a lot like full sized pickups trucks. Something like 80-90% of people who have them don't even come close to their full potential. Like Zack Courts said, it's a BAD idea to even try to reach a supersports potential on the streets. I can't say that I don't still love a big bike but unless I start making a lot more money I just can't see having one. Spending a huge percentage of my income on a motor bike is not my idea of smart. I have other hobbies that I love but still want to ride from time to time and this little bike is great for just about any kind of riding I can do.
If you ride a "beginner bike" people will judge you because it's not cool, or fast, or whatever... honestly though people are going to judge regardless so do you. The best bike is the one YOU like!! 🤘😎🖤
