I have been consistently hybrid training for months now, and my only issue with it is that it can get super fatiguing after a while. Super important to prioritize recovery and to even take a few days or a week off to ensure quality training.

Any advice on how to proceed with overloading? I'm currently using 80 pounds on each leg and doing about 70 reps in one set. I even elevate my feet for a better stretch at the bottom. I perform this as a superset with standing calf raises (also 80 pounds), but holding the dumbbells is very difficult. I prefer not to switch to a machine because I enjoy working out in my home gym. However, 70 reps take a lot of time, and I know I'll end up doing even more next time. I want to continue with progressive overload, but at some point, so many reps become exhausting and it feels more like a cardio workout. Any tips or suggestions for how to effectively increase the weight or intensity would be greatly appreciated!
