Yeah and it doesn't really work with incoming multi-hit attacks, you maybe able to parry the first hit, but you will def take damage on the second hit (i.e. Tiger Vanguard) In my opinion, it definitely has to stagger the enemy when you perform the see-through correctly as not to be able to continue with his combos and damage you back

I noticed you tend to input the light attack coming off a dodge. I might be wrong though.

Really nice, though I'm still not hitting it consistently. My timing is still off a bit. Can you do another tutorial like this, but for Thrust stance instead? I hit that one even less consistently as the former.

It takes practice guys. Only works in between combo. If you wait for the attack to come fir even a bit then you wont execute it. One hint is hit the heavy attac button a little earlier than when you would press dodge fir perfect dodgem

THANK YOU!!!!! I didn't copy you precisely, but spamming Fire spells with Synergy + Comet made the first couple minutes of Round 5 bearable. Had to add Precision Dodge to everyong to reliably avoid all the bullshit being thrown around, but I managed to beat it in 3 attempts after watching this.

Can anyone tell me what is the benefits of SP because I know nothing about it?

The reason I even started knowing a majority of the moves was the final boss of the game. I was basically milking it. Now that I’m only using spell binder, I still have trouble seeing through an enemy 😂

I feel like they should have allowed to you cancel light attacks by using heavy attacks. As it is now, if you want to play a counter heavy play style you’re incentivised to not combo and stick to singular attacks, which I think is antithetical to the rest of the combat design of this game. There’s a skill which makes it so that even if you dodge you keep your combo going. This is very bad for us parry players. Worse thing is this skill is mandatory since the skill that follows it up is the one that gives you focus for perfect dodges. We are literally disincentivised to not parry by every game design, which is such a shame cos this is not joke, 100% the best feeling counter I’ve ever experienced in a video game.

I do this with thrust. That lucky strike makes you feel like a combat boss. The counterstrikes on smash are clutch when pulled off. I love this game. Ng+++ yellowbrow about to go down. I learned also from yellow loong transformation. Try to look at it as your mimicking the enemys attack

Resolute strikes giving invincibility, health AND a focus point is just insanely op but its balanced because they're not easy to pull off. Love it.

hii, what armor are you using? is it Galeguard set with See No Evil headband? also is Spikeshaff staff worth it for late game just for its passive?

I'm on chapter 6 and only now have I learned how to use resolute strike with your help. Thanks so much.

Finally did it with Cloud, Yuffie and Aerith. Aerith healing wind and magnify with fire saved my bacon. Key here is to stagger one of the death claws as soon as possible so you can summon. Get Yuffie with Doppleganger and spam blizzard so it hits twice. Dodge the death claws and keep an eye on Aerith that she doesn’t die. Aerith as healing wind to heal give her limit booster accessory to fill her limit gauge half way. Once the death claw is staggered focus on dealing as much damage as you can to it. Best summon to use in this case is Odin what I used or Bahumut. Odin will deal at least 9000 damage to the enemies . Then you just have to focus on Kid G

Thank you for the video. I can see how the ability is indeed useful. I got platinum a few weeks ago and never once did I pull of a “see through”. Despite the game’s clear popularity, I fault the developers for not being clearer with these abilities which can change the vast majority of people’s perception about the game’s difficulty. Of course, the argument will come out: “It’s a Chinese game. There are translation/language errors!” My counter: “A Korean game, Stellar Blade, released a few months back and actually has a tutorial that can be replayed with no pressure, so as to get used to tje various moves & counters. Also a small studio.”

How much gil would I need to beat her on normal mode?

Idk what anyone is talking about with this resolution strike. Mid light combo i tap heavy and it doesn't do anything similar to what you're showing. This game needs to have playable tutorials for trying attacks instead of just saying do this and what it looks like.

Excellent timing bro. You've perfected it. Myself, I've not been able to time it yet. I've tried to but don't see that red glow indicating Resolute Strike far more See Through. So much so I've removed the sparks just leaving the first one. I'm bookmarking the guide to study it though and will practice ASAP.

I got my tiger belt after like 124 kil_ls using the carp and the masks for drops. 😂

Problem i have, is on NG+3, he literally moves out of the way, each time I counter lol
