FYI…With ABS systems it’s better to collapse the pucks by loosening the bleed screw to prevent damage to ABS system and also gets rid of the bad brake fluid that has been close to the high heat! Nice video!

Using the tube in the box that looks like a toilet paper roll is the best and fastest way to compress the thermostat.

The proper way is called bench bleeding with the proper tools, bleed the master cylinder before putting it on the car.

Great video, But when you expose your intake manifold, please cover the opening a Oring from the injector could have felt right in your valve housing and into an open valve and into the combustion chamber; god forbid it be something like a socket falls in. Game over you have to tear down the block

I mean you can weld it, but since it's broke off and cracked it won't hold very well and the structural integrity is compromised Just put bubblegum and duct tape on it and it'll be fine

I actually use some JBweld on a crank case of a motorcycle. I would assume this would be no different. Just slap a large piece of JBweld over the hole then hit it with a pneumatic sander once cured.

I would try to solder it.

I'v seen drums shear in two like that, but I only work on over the road trucks and trailers no idea how an ice cream truck gets its drums hot enough to split. But yeah those drums are super brittle, strong but once they do start to crack they tend to go out in pretty gnarly fashion.
