I've also done similar challenge on Hardcore for some achievement, but you have just taken it on a whole another level. You even beaten up Runt with your bare hands. Great video! I'm wondering, are you knowledgeable about the trophies/achievements as well? "Skipping the final cutscene or reloading the quest complete auto save can remove the shirt from your inventory." If that's correct, I think it might also cause the game to forget Henry's slept with Stephanie, because I know of someone who couldn't unlock the Full House Sinner trophy because they inexplicably lost Stephanie's shirt (Johanka didn't mention Stephanie in her reproaches against Henry). Do you think the same glitch can cause Casanova not to unlock? I've had that issue and thought it might be due to having alcohol-related (de)buffs active, but now I'm not so sure.
