If you have Haaland and Palmer, don't sell Haaland this week to get in Saka or Son. I have no such problem as I have both Haaland and Salah. I will get in Palmer in GW12 and not before. Saka, I will give him a miss and instead put my money on Arsenal's defence.

My non-hindsight based argument to not TC Haaland is that he will definitely play Southampton again, and it's likely to be with De Bruyne behind him. There's obviously the chance that Haaland is injured by that game or De Bruyne is out again, but with what we know, it made more sense to wait for the next fixture

Look at haaland performance from the previous seasons per gameweek. He scores at a high rate from GW1 to about GW6. Once UEFA and other leafue matches start, his goal score rate drops compared to early in the season.

Dan, you have extremely valid points on palmer and i do agree with you, he only smashes it vs weaker teams, not vs virg, not vs saliba, not vs ruben dias, etc. Not to be rude but.. Sim, you’re coping mate, your arguments against dan’s just weren’t concise and weren’t strong or even that valid. Cole palmer is a great player, but he is yet to have a banging game vs any top teams. I don't feel that Chris Wood's current run is sustainable unless NFO are going to keep winning 1-0. Raul Jimenez on the other hand has a fantastic run of fixtures upcoming. A better punt possibly

The argument in favour of Palmer is that Chelsea has a settled squad and is young and will only continue to grow in stature. Liverpool when healthy are going to be the team to beat along with City. Spurs do have a good run of fixtures especially Ipswich at home where Son can have a massive haul. Chelsea don't have that matchup like a spurs in the upcoming 3-4 gameweeks.

Hey Dan absolutely love the content mate, On Palmer i think unfair to single him out big games are difficult for any player and only his second season

Holding Haaland!! Palmer class cannot be specified with big teams, that case Salah is flawless!! Then what about Haaland against Wolves. Please don't say Palmer is not big game player. As a player he is classic ATM ❤. Probably he is used as divergence against big teams by Chelsea and not attack around him. Fpl perspective its heart breking though😢 as Dan says.
