Tasmania Vlog Pt 4 - Bruny Island & Hobart
Have been very busy with life and work but I am back with the last part of my Tasmania vlogs! The last few days were spent driving from Cradle Mountain to Hobart (we spent 7 hours in the car!), eating our way through Bruny Island (which is home to white wallabies, birds endemic to Tasmania and little blue penguins during the right season), shopping for souvenirs at Salamanca Market, and feeding kangaroos at Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary. Lots of animals and birds in this video, hello to my fellow birders!

We had two very exciting days at Cradle Mountain! We did the Dove Lake circuit and Crater Lake hike. Both were rated to be of moderate difficulty but we found Crater Lake hike to be much tougher (with its incline and not so well-paved trail). We continued our Tasmania road trip along the east coast! Went to wineglass bay, where we met a cutie auntie from vietnam on our hike down. We had lots of good food on our last full day in jeju (or so we thought). Highly recommend to visit Woljeongri beach after you go to Manjanggul lava tube, it is very beautiful. We went to Bong Bong tangerine farm to pick tangerines! Met Bong Bong, the golden retriever and brought back 6kg of gyuls (it was too much for 4 people and we brought some back to Singapore in the end). Terry brought an alpaca out for a walk at alpaca world and we went to nami island hoping to see some autumn foliage but we missed it by two weeks :(. I am finally back to visit Seoul after 6 years! I was very excited to eat my fav andong jjimdak again and to try hanwoo at Majang Meat Market (it did not disappoint!). My favourite part of our house has to be our DIY limewash wall!! I am very proud of us for pulling this off, from choosing colours based on gut feeling to painting one whole wall ourselves (without ladder). Renovation was tiring because we spent almost every weekend shopping for house stuff. E.g. We compared prices across Harvey Norman, Audio House, Courts and Gain City before purchasing our fridge. Aspiring to be good neighbours, we prepped and gave out goodie bags filled with our childhood snacks to our neighbours (and said hi to them for the first time) before our hacking works started!
