Great back workout for today. I feel amazing. This workout seems to be working for me at least now. Slowly gaining progress and strength whilst holding an L-Sit which is a very popular calisthenics skill.

Hola ,why are you doing pullups very slowly if you want to do a pr do them explosively, and as always keep going 🦾🦾
Hey bro hope ur doing well. The reason why I do them slowly is my old injury in the shoulder/bicep area. I have a fear that I might injure it again if I do it explosively. And another reason is that I want to do them as clean as possible, during the explosive ones I loose balance.
Btw how's ur progress? Did u break 17 pull up record? Lemme know!
@@hope4thebetter I started doing weighted my first workout I was able to do 8reps 10 kg my second 9,5reps 10kg and my 3rd was tired so I was able to do only 8reps 10 kg, i will retry tonight I hope to hit 9 or 10 reps

I also hit a pr yesterday at body weight pullups 17 rep , should I start doing weighted pullups ??
Hey my brother, congrats on hitting 17 pull-ups, that is an insane accomplishment. Only 5 percent of people that I know can do that much. Be proud. As for the weighted Pull-ups, yes I would absolutely recommend you to start it. Start with the exact same weight that I have (max) and try to go all in on your first set after a solid warmup (warm up well because ur body is not used to weight yet, don't injure urself like I did). You finish your first set, rest for 3-7 minutes (however long u need) and then you do bodyweight max. Do this 2 times a week! Every single week you will up the number by 1 at least, you just have to push urself when u think that you don't have any reps in you. This is the method that I've used for over a year and strength and endurance gains are massive. Thanks again for your support!

It's a great workout. you got some good definition already. how long have you been training since your injuries?
You are the second person to comment on my channel, and thank you so much for the compliments, means a lot. I re-started my training exactly one month ago. In total, 3-4 years of experience in bodyweight excercises. You can see the progress on the channel. Started with 10 pull-ups and because of the muscle memory, I regained my endurance and strength pretty fast. If you have any more questions, I'll be pleased to answer.
I use Mike Mentzer method. I trained one group of muscle 3-4 times in the past and I overtrained a lot. Now I only train 1-2 times a week with complete failure (1-2) sets and progress is a lot faster. I would definitely reccomend trying it.
@@hope4thebetter your progress on pull-ups is fast. i will be so glad to see your next PR. as for me i cant do even one pull-up, my plan is to do australian pull-ups and negative pull-ups but idk how long it will take for me to finally achieve my first pull-up.
My brother, when I was 15 years old, I couldn't do even one. Not even a scapular pull... one girl in my village was able to do it and I was always laughed at because of my weakness 😂 I started with australian pulls for 2 weeks and after some time, I did my first ever pull up on a goalkeeper's bar 😂 I will specifically make the video for you and how to progress. Thanks for giving me the idea. We are on the same page man.

Hit a new PR today with 12 pull-ups. I am happy that I am getting my shape back slowly but progressively. As for the goal, I want to hit 20 pull-ups in the span of 1-2 months. If anyone wants to progress with their pull-up strength and repetitions, try 3-4 sets with maximum effort on a high bar with a controlled form. Whenever you finish those 3-4 sets, do Australian pull-ups until failure. If you are injured and your shoulders or biceps hurt, try wider variation for lesser pain and engage your scapula before every rep. Subscribe to my channel and let's achieve greatness together.
After 1 year layoff because of my shoulder and bicep injuries, I am finally able to do 10 clean pull-ups with lesser pain. If you are experiencing any form of bicep or shoulder injury and can not do pull-ups, try to slow it down, contract your scapula and have your hands in wider position.
