Induction cooker , heater നേക്കാൾ വൈദുതി ഉപഭോഗത്തിൽ കുറവുണ്ടോ? വർഷങ്ങളായി ഉപയോഗശൂന്യമായിരിക്കയാണ്. കറൻ്റ് ചാർജ് 3000 ഉം 4000 ഉം ഒക്കെ വരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഒഴിവാക്കിയത്.

Principle of induction heating is a little different from what is claimed in the video. First of all,skin effect does no have anything to do with induction heating. Multi strand conductor is used only because of its flexibility. Whenever a conducting material is placed in a varying magnetic field, a voltage is is induced in it because of electromagnetic induction. This creates a current (Eddy current) in it and because of its resistance heat is generated. (Square of current X Resistance). If the material is paramagnetic, it also becomes a magnet, but with the direction of field continuously changing as the field produced by the induction heater changes. During every change of magnetic polarity in the material (the vessel), some energy is expended as heat. This is called Hysterisis loss. If a non- magnetic vessel (stainless Steel) is used there won't be any Hysterisis loss. So heating will be only because of Eddy current loss. To make heating more efficient, stainless Steel vessels are fitted with a mild steel bottom so that heating becomes much more efficient.

You are repeating what you said and digressing. Question is how heat is generated on the steel pot placed on induction hit plate. This you could not answer in simple less wordy talk and clear demos. Aluminium foil demo was good but resf of yiyr talk needs some improvement to answer a question clearly with minimum words.
