How to stir-fry Crab | Easy and Simple home cook recipe | Ginger and Scallions Crab Recipe | 姜蔥蟹
I got this fresh crab from someone who crab fishing it. I am sharing an easy and simple home cook recipe and it’s so refreshing. No deep frying required before stir frying it. 🦀 Such fresh, firm and bouncy flesh, you might want more rice with the sauce.
Ingredients
*1 Fresh Dungeness Crab (about 1½ - 2 pounds (0.7 - 0.9 kg)
*4 stalks scallion
*1 piece ginger
*4 large cloves garlic
*2 shallots
*2 tbsp cooking oil
*1 tbsp cooking wine
*1 tbsp oyster sauce
*¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt
*thicken sauce/ slurry (2 tsp cornstarch + 5 tbsp water

    Your recipe looks nice. I especially like that you included lily, and I like your choice of mushroom. I suggest cooking the garlic more lightly, as it gets more bitter when it’s too dark. What is the name / artist of the tune in the video?

    I follow your step and it worked my skin was crispy. !!! Thanks again. I wanted to eat it the same day and not wait a day to cook it. Dehydrate was the key point for same day air fry.

    That's not as easy as you made it look..🤔 My belly was half the size of yours. I followed instructions perfectly, I thought, but my crackling came out too dark, and not bubbly. I'll try again sometime.

      Thank you so much for trying this recipe! Please make sure to poke a lot of holes but not too deep (through the fat/flesh layer, the moisture will wet the skin) and it might not get the bubbly skin. If the skin turns dark quick, it might be too wet, or the heat is high/too close to skin. Sometimes with different air fryer we need to use different temperature.
