This is some really special footage, before all the pressures and trappings of fame and addiction. I can totally relate to this sense of nostalgia. My band used to rehearse in my parents living room, when we first started, in 1996. Luckily my neighbour was very very deaf, at least he was after we finished 😂. Those early days were great tho, full of excitement of maybe one day making it. Fame and fortune didnt come knocking for us, even after releasing two albums, but it was such an exciting time.

Very small space) 9’in Kennewick. Some dude stripped naked and tried to crowd surf, pretty sure he was on shrooms or LSD. Wasn’t even 4 songs into their set. 40 years ago, the Screaming Trees might have opened, because they just had a song released on a local compilation CD that broke big. Plus the Singles soundtrack was coming out. The cops were right there looking for an excuse and booted everyone. Not long after Kennewick would have stroked it to get them back for a big show

Love Bleach more than any other album. Not to say the others arent also good but I find most bands first few albums are always the best.
