Fighting Imposter Syndrome as a Content Creator
Imposter syndrome-it’s something we all face in the world of content creation. In this video, I’m sharing how I’ve learned to stay in my lane, focus on my goals, and accept that I can’t be everything for everyone. There’s room for everyone, including you, and your idols can become your peers if you keep your eyes ahead and stay consistent. Most importantly, ask yourself why you’re doing this-because at the end of the day, you have to enjoy the journey. Let’s talk about pushing past self-doubt and thriving in your own space!

Same! The kids feel it too
So true idk y
Yessss
Fr
Same here!
You're not alone. We had to move our big family Christmas to after Christmas because of everyone's work schedule. We are not usually home on Christmas eve so it feels really weird to me.
True for me as well.
This is just getting your toe wet 😂
What we do without a 4x4 with a dump bed
Loved the video❤️I always felt like a country girl at heart so I love to see farms and animals😍
Amazing dogs are so loving
We don't deserve them most the time!
No truer words were ever spoken. Something about the love a dog will give their whole lives. Couldn’t imagine a better friend to have through life. Bless y’all
Honestly what a shit thing to say …
I birthed 7 babies in 7 years. One every year.
I hope you feel ALL their love! <3
Love this ❤❤❤
Thank you for watching!
It’s funny how we want what we don’t or never had. Grew up in a house full of junk food and would have loved to have home cooked meals and healthy food. Lol 😊 I totally understand what ya mean. try to maintain balance with my kids
Right!!
I’m a girl and I can relate tbh
I love that! LOL
@ thx
Attaboy!
What the he!! Is postpartum, I couldn’t imagine feeling like that, having babies is no picnic, it’s work… Joy, laughter, and everything in between… I did space my children at least 5 years apart…
I have no idea how I escaped this trait, unless it's because I'm a very elder millennial (grew up with six channels on a rabbit ear antennas and a landline, and no computer, no cell phones, no ipods, no video games, etc. Just a box of toys in my bedroom for rainy days and the good outdoors for entertainment on nice days). Trends didn't affect my age group at a young age in the same way that younger Millennials were. The closest thing that we had for influences on trends was teenage siblings that we all thought were weird 😂
I can't comment properly so I'll just leave replies: I've totally had this problem and I use Quies wax ear plugs in my ears, with my noise cancelling headphones on top. And white noise might help too. This combo has been an essential survival tool for me in times of severe overstimulation so I really hope it helps, or you find something else that helps you x
And nurse Hannah turned out to be an abuser and the 17 diapers was a sign of neglect... wow...
She's very thoughtful 😊
I came home from the hospital with our new baby and walked into an apartment that was a disaster area. My husband hadn't washed one dish, his clothes were strewn all over, he had eaten everything and had done zero shopping. His mother defended him and said I had post-partum depression. I looked her straight in the eye and said no, I have post-partum exhaustion. Four years later I took our child by the hand and walked out. Goodbye and good riddance.
Yeah your brain like reacclimates and gets hypervigilant about it 😩 When I'm really overstimulated and am approaching meltdown/shutdown territory, I do foam earplugs+headphones. I also try to have time every day where I dont have any earplugs or headphones so it doesn't become my baseline and make regular sounds seem ridiculously loud.
YES THIS 🫠
This is why I admire cultures that will completely take care of mother and baby for at least the first month. That’s not to say that it cures postpartum depression, but it can be an advantageous to help mother through it. Plus, there’s this stigma in the American culture that if you ask for help, you are weak and incompetent. Quite the opposite is true. Asking for help is the best thing you can do. Plus I love families that check on mom and baby because maybe someone will notice postpartum and help.
17 diapers is excessive. Get help before that point.
I can’t say I’ve had this happen, but when I don’t have noise canceling headphones on me, taking a break helps. Just stepping out for a bit. I understand this might not work for a lot of people
If those can be hooked up to a phone try white noise It helps me with my cheap version of noise cancelling headphones
But white noise is still noise😢
Did you know PPD can last up until the kids are 4 years old? I didnt until my doctor told me.
Even without postpartum depression, it's friggin hard!
I totaly understand postpartum may be extremely by hard but just to pet you know the girl who started "17 dipers" trend is a child abuser and i feel like she didnt have hard postpartum she was just neglectful as she is with her older child.
them being stupid making us look stupid pisses me off. they are feeding into every stupid stereotype of Texas. They should be forced to leave the state. They’re an embarrassment.
I love the Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes!!! 100% agree with you! (also I love how your expressions said what words cannot!!!)
Thanks for watching!! ❤
And yet...they post it
THAT IS THE MOST CONFUSING PART!!
the games gods play was amazing honestly
I liked it!! I’ll definitely read the second one!
Please print this list out. You go fast. Thanks
My mom is just very strict with my kids and with what she feeds them and she was not that way at all with us kids growing up 😂
100% it is brutal, Me and my other half had a argument and he got in the car to drive off and i sat the baby on the front step snd closed the door snd walked away. He stoped and get her but. 2 under 2 and i was a mess. Piled up nappies. Tears in the bottom of the shower. Reading a article about a lady in harvey bay how drove her car with her kids into a truck and completely onasly understanding and being like yep. They darkest scarriest and hardest chapter of my life.
Don’t worry about 17 diapers at the end of the day it happens .
Oh I miss that little theater! It broke me heart when they closed it!
We are not alone, ladies ❤❤❤
Postpartum depression and rage is horrible. If I didn't have my husband I wouldn't know what the f*** to do. He is my rock😂
What is 17 diapers?
Moe-anna 😂
. . . I know
That song literally is a jam. I have it on my country playlist.
I understand 100%! I said something similar to my husband.
Relatable, and I don't have kids, but I'm severely disabled.
I hope you're doing alright now. Some people have no idea what women are going through before, during and after birth. Take care.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
