These symptoms are produced by the body to make you aware about the conflict going on inside you so that you can take a step to deal with that cause and protect your life. And if we remove that root cause (emotional/physical) we will automatically eradicate the disease. Because disease is the effect of the cause only. You mean to ask for B12...? It's on higher side but it's not too much... Sometimes this much variation comes due to food ( may be in last few weeks , you have taken diet which is really full of b12 or may be due to some supplements )... Or due to lab result variations... usually It's not problematic... If you are fine on physical level...not facing any symptoms...or discomfort of body... But Yes ! Everyone should take care of diet...eat in balanced manner...add variety of food rather than taking one kind of food for long...
