      You mean to ask for B12...? It's on higher side but it's not too much... Sometimes this much variation comes due to food ( may be in last few weeks , you have taken diet which is really full of b12 or may be due to some supplements )... Or due to lab result variations... usually It's not problematic... If you are fine on physical level...not facing any symptoms...or discomfort of body... But Yes ! Everyone should take care of diet...eat in balanced manner...add variety of food rather than taking one kind of food for long...

    Mujhy dairy r gluten allergy ha r fermented foods dhokla, ambali etc khatty hoty hain un se throat infection hojata ha isliay me milk, r dairy products r fermented foods use nai kar sakti desi ghee bhi suit nai karta. Sprouts mujh se sai nai bunty jab bhi banati hoo kharab hojaty hain Please vitamin b12 deficiency k liay koi r vegetarian source batay. Kia me fermented foods idli dhokla ambali is method se khao to b12 deficiency poori hojaygi? Millet ko cook kar k dalya banaya phir us mese 1 spoon le k us ko 12 hours ferment hony rakhdoo. Jab after 12 hours ferment hojay to is ko millet dalya me add kar k khaloo?

Yes ! Kaddu se bhi help hogi... Iske alawa Hari sabjiyan jaise palak & matar bhi help krega... Aalu & mashroom will also help... Agar kuch help na kre to best hai aap jo bhi khana khate ho use achi quality ke mitti ke bartan me pkao... Khule muh wale bartan me... But 6 month to 2 years lag skte hai )... Agar problem jyada purani nhi hai to jaldi thik ho jate hai... ( Jitne din bimari ko paida hone me lge hai , utne hi thik hone me bhi lag skte hai ) Or is tarah ki problem me aap khud khane pine ka kitna khyal rakhte hai...kaisa khana khate hai , shi time pe khate hai ya nhi... In sab baato pe bhi nirbhar karta hai... Dinner ka time jaldi ka fix kar do... Morning me Khali pet pani pina shuru kar do... Mirch masala na le k...simple khana khaye... To bhut jaldi aap Puri tarah thik ho jayenge...       Aap le skte hai... But starting mein kam quantity me le... Jaise ki 3-5 spoon only... And millets ko pkane se pehle bhigona na bhule... Kyunki aapko kafi problems hai... To aise cases me patients ko medicines bhi kafi di hoti hai... And in medicines ki vajah se garmi ho jati hai... Aapko ye dekhna hoga ki kya vakyi me Ambali se garmi ho rhi hai ya medicines se ya kisi or food item se...       If you are taking your diabetes medicine from long duration... You Shouldn't stop your regular medicine immediately... First start millet diet , after 15-30 days of intake... When you start to feel change in your symptoms or in test ,sugar levels changes... Then you have to taper down your medicine gradually...( e.g. if you take it twice per day , you can change dose to once / day & like this after some days to alternate days and then twice or thrice/week , and then take on/off or )After few months you may be able to stop it completely...
