Thanks😄
what is it all for? for 3d print? Can't I just 3d print without cleaning mesh?
The retopo process in this video applies to all hard surface modeling-vehicle, firearms, sci-fi, game assets, product design, no matter the software. Plus, topology usually isn’t a problem for 3D printing.

I'am a brasilian modeler and i never saw a master of topology like it. You deserve all sucesse of the world.🤜
Truly appreciate your kind words❤️
The model is very high quality
Thanks❤️
👍
👍
For certain details, you can use a normal map. The object seems small to give it so much detail, but if it's for 3D printing, why not. This will help reduce the number of points and faces. However, for the hard surface exercise, the video is excellent, thank you
Thanks for the feedback. I totally agree that each method really depends on the purpose. Glad you liked the video😄
"Excellent! Good job, great level!"
Thanks!
This is one part of modelling that I really wouldn’t mind AI taking care of. This and UV’s.
Haha, I get that
2:20 2 part 3:42 3 part 16 circle 4:48 combine 5:49 boolean 6:10 selcet sharp 6:45 cleanup boolean mass 7:23 the main cylinder based on the edges and spreads out ( use knife tool ) 7:30 other half ( tighter coner) 9:45 2 trangle to quads 11:50 big n gon to quad (simple topology cleanly )( in corners knife cut a trangle for decress verte point) 12:56 concave texture path 14:30 add bolt and thread 15:50 boolean cut
Muhteşem
I think it's too much time. No point in making such complex shape for subd. Just make separate parts with subd and then move it to zbrush to make bevels. Or in blender you could use remesh modifier with voxel type and then apply corrective smooth for making bevels. Finish it by decimating and your highpoly is done.
Yeah, there are definitely many ways to get the same result. If you prefer working from high to low poly, sculpt in Blender or ZBrush, retopo with addons or ZRemesher, then finish with beveling and SubD for more control.
You are correct, but this video is a good example for others situations
Excellent work! The soundtrack keeps it perky, that woman's voice was a good choice, and the scene is clean. Way to go!
Thanks!😄😄😄
Please change the music
So many novices on YT teaching Blender. This is the first tutorial that gives the impression of an expert user (Blender developer perhaps?) who actual knows what they are doing and how to do it efficiently - and best of all, the end result is not a pile of complex crap that a 3D printer dislikes.
Appreciate the support❤️❤️
@@JOYCE_3D Welcome! Blender can be so unintuitive to a person with alternative CAD experience, and it's refreshing to see how complex geometry can be modelled more easily if you think the Blender-way. YT needs more of your tutorials, so get to work! :)
Working many years in HVAC industry I'm appreciated to know creating the Tour & Andersson (or Honeywell) balancing valve in Blender 😊
Thank you for your kind words😊
Incredible work!
Thanks❤️
Very disgusting music
I use Maya, this does not apply to me..
The shortcuts and tools might differ, but the core techniques are universal, you’ll still pick up these skills.
17:10 You can also Shift+H to hide everyting execpt the selected mesh.
Got it, thanks❤️❤️❤️
thank you very much, this really helped me
Happy it helped! Stay tuned for more🙌
Loved the tutorial !!, Looking forward for more videos like this.
Thank you! Stay tuned🙌

Great as usual bro 😊❤.. i love your tutorials
You are simply too powerful, from your operation I can see your proficiency in car modeling, it is perfect, as a beginner, I can not even keep up with your ideas, there are a lot of places do not understand why, hope to explain more🥰😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰
Thanks! With practice,it’ll click.Keep going🎉🎉🎉
do not use reference image , because u not improving ur skill
reference is very important in 3D if you want good and realistic results. 3D is not the same as 2D drawing, where you should practice form and anatomy without reference, reference is an absolutely essential part of 3D, and not using it is greatly hindering your results.
That's exactly what I meant❤️❤️❤️
@ In today’s highly competitive world, especially with platforms like ArtStation showcasing incredible talent, it's important to develop your own creative and visualization skills. Many skilled artists can create without needing reference images, and that's what sets them apart. In the freelance industry, you won't always get reference images from clients. To stand out and succeed, you need to be ready to create from scratch, relying on your imagination and skill rather than external guides. Building this ability will prepare you for any challenge in the field.
@@murugan8238 even in the industry people still uses reference. I work in the AAA game industry and I'm a character artist. We have concept artist who sent their concept to the character, armor and weapon artists. Since the concept is in drawing we use multiple real life reference to look for detail that are necessary to make things believable. Everyone uses reference, if not how can you compete with people that have references?
@ Thank you for sharing your perspective, and I absolutely agree that references are essential in many parts of the industry, especially for achieving realism and consistency. My point was more about the need to develop independent creativity and visualization skills alongside using references. There are situations, like freelancing or certain client projects, where you might not have clear references or concepts provided. In such cases, being able to create from imagination becomes a critical skill. It’s all about balancing both approaches-using references effectively while also cultivating the ability to create from scratch when needed.
how do u know, how many verticles do you need
Through trial and error
i just have a question: "do u feel that the blender 4.3 is smoother than blender 4.2??, i meant about lagging issue." thanks for tutorial, btw!!
Glad you like the tutorial😄 I don’t really notice much difference between 4.3 and 4.2 on that.
Best tutorial on TH-cam, please keep making this videos, It really helps
Appreciate it! More to come😄
my edge cut look so shit i just wanna die 😭
Very good for beginner to learn 😃❤️.. pls make texturing tutorial too pls
Thanks a lot! Glad you found it helpful. I’ll definitely think about doing a texturing tutorial, so stay tuned😊❤️
Bro, I can't thank you enough. It's been 9 months since I stepped away from hard surface modeling. I had to find a job to make a living, and I got so detached from Blender that I thought I'd never come back to it. But then I saw your thumbnail, and it hit me like a flashback. I remembered working on the same Ferrari 2015 model-how badly I wanted to finish it but never could. That experience pushed me into a rabbit hole, making me feel like it was all a waste. I convinced myself I had to move on and make my passion a second priority in life.
Wow, thanks for sharing that. It means a lot to hear my video brought back that spark for you. Stay inspired and keep creating💪💪💪
I find it sad to see these incredible channels not get the recognition they deserve. I mean you made an entire Bugatti! Keep up the good work
Thank you for your kind words :)
can i get this project final file
how can i make the vertices looks like big sphere?
Preferences--Themes--3D Viewport--Vertex Size
This video turned up amazing, keep the good work up! I have a question for you: do you do car designing on order, and how much would you charge per model?
Thanks for your interest! Feel free to email me at joyce.love2.design@gmail.com to discuss details. Looking forward to it!
love it
Thanks :)
Please how did you get your y axis to be horizontal in the top orthographic view?(-90 degrees)😅

Thank you so much lots of love from country nepal❤❤❤❤ wish you get millions subscribers
Thank you for your kind words🙏🙏🙏
hi, do you delete the faces after extrude along normals for parts separation?
Yep, I delete the gaps to keep the model clean after separation.
Nice to see some AI voice tutorials
Can you teach me how to create a guns

@@JOYCE_3D That's not it, because I think the back part of the modeling isn't complete.
There is no bunker in the back.
