@@1962egl I think the problem is they are very shorthanded - I put the address on Google maps and it looks to be a residential home with a big warehouse next to it - that means nothing but anybody can get a CNC machine - and I spoke to the owner personally - they have all of their own machinery. The only thing they outsource is powder coating - he told me that if he couldn’t get it to me in time for Daytona Biketober fest - he would take them and install them for free - I am hoping and praying that we have this event - there’s a hurricane heading this way

@@matthewpickens7681 they don’t sell that It comes with a racing clutch system Basically, I saw what it does and I built it I purchased a piece of 1/4” thick 1X12 aluminum stock at Home Depot - I cut 2 1/2 inches long

@@matthewpickens7681 sorry I hit send instead of enter - so I purchased a piece of 1/4 inch stick 1” x 12” aluminum stock - then drilled two holes in it - I tapped it with the same size and thread of the primary cover bolt - I spaced the holes about an inch and a half apart I used a stainless steel bolt on the bottom that is 2 inches long and then one of the Primary bolts to hold it in place Screw in the Primary bolt tight and then slowly screw the stainless bulb until it touches the clutch assembly Your clutch won’t move

@@matthewpickens7681 if you have someone that can help you, all you have to do is hold in the clutch by hand until you start the three bolts There is no danger of it coming out after that

@@Biggun454 about a year ago I was working on a bike and I broke the bolt on the cylinder when I was putting the exhaust back on - a simple job turned into $1200 to remove the heads and the cylinder just to fix what I broke - ever since then, if the job calls for removing the exhaust, I take it to All American - if they break it, they can’t charge me to fix it I’m guessing it is my pet peeve

@@chrisnation7413 yes it does because of the curve at the end - but I also found that if you grind down the plastic where the lever goes up and down to redirect the airflow, you can get a better adjustment - I plan to do a video very soon It’s a simple mod with a Dremel

@@_MotoMinister well let me tell you, it is significantly harder to engage the clutch lever I would venture to say about 30% more effort However, I also installed the easy clutch system It is called the Muller power clutch - if you Google it you will find it just about anywhere. It roughly cost $185 and it’s two hours labor. It’s actually pretty simple. I have a video of the install. Once I did that I can engage and hold the clutch with one finger. It is almost like the spring melted away.

@@chips4876 the Ohlins made an incredible difference - without a doubt, 100% better than the stock shocks - I didn’t have to do any modification to the front end, but as soon as they bring the front end cartridge, I will be doing it - there is a guy that used to work for Ohlins - “big bear choppers” I think his name is Steve - he already makes the front cartridge for the new CVO and he uses all parts that come from Ohlins - if you speak to them, they are aware of the guy and they speak very highly of him - but they already have a part number for the new cartridges and even a new fork - I currently have legend on my road glide special I can tell you with 100% certainty that the Ohlins are superior

@@jm1797 this is where he bought it I will be 100% honest - it is great if you’re going to park the bike for a couple of weeks you put it in there right after you clean it and it will stay spotless and dust free. It takes about 10 minutes to put the bike in 10 minutes to take the bike out. You have to wait till the bike is cold It is a one-man operation, but two people make it faster.

@@scottvance-n4n I broke a bolt, trying to remove an exhaust, even after heating it with the torch. I think it was gonna break regardless of what I did I ended up having to takeoff the head to drill out and tap a new bolt. After that, I am just afraid of removing the exhaust system I did stage 2 myself Cam, oil pump, new lifters, new intake, new throttle body, CNC ported Air cleaner and exhaust If you know Jorge at All American Cycle, ask him if Ray Ray is mechanical

@@reymyla6685I ain’t laughing at dude Shit gets hot at the exhaust. Those studs aren’t crazy strong. Maybe use an induction heater on the nut/stud area first .. and or some of that spray that can loosen a nut
