Genuinely one of the reasons I hate Edgeworth. Phoenix literally saved the guy's life and defeated a prosecutor god with the help of a 17 year old girl and bro doesn't even show up to help when he 100% knows that Phoenix is innocent (simply because he knows him too well). The biggest favour he did is fight a trial for him, which is a big deal, don't get me wrong, but jesus christ Phoenix was jobless and relying on his daughter for seven years and Edgeworth did jack shit.

I agree, Edgeworth is genuinely overrated. The two big claims to fame he has are Wrightworth and the fact that his second game is Japan only. I liked filmmaker's Bonds of Fate where he made Edgeworth a piece of shit, because it does honestly seem very in character for him and because I hate the guy.
