Great videos informative! Do you run a usbc cable from camera to external battery for charging?

It has no open gate in 2024 so i would never buy it for this ridiculous amount of money they want for a shity 4 k camera. This thing does the things it does well but it does not enough

One of the things i like about the FX3 is the very fast sensor readout speed, next to no rolling shutter.

Great video Bro! I’m seriously thinking to get the FX3 as a B-Camera keeping the Red Komodo as a A-Camera.

Bought my FX3 at the beginning of the year (after switching from Nikon to Sony last year) as my primary Video camera… relegating my Sony A1 as a secondary and “still” camera. Shoot in studio under controlled lighting so the capabilities of these high are not necessary… but it’s good to know I’m not locked it that one shooting environment. I’ve got it fully rigged out in a cage with a V-mount, matte box and Atomos Ninja to use as my monitor… but I also bought the RS3 for handhelds… Initially I wasn’t planning to use the XLR handle and onboard mic but I’ll keep it on for ambient sound… thought all my audio is off camera plugged into my Zoom F8n First shoot in April!

Great video! I just bought the FX3 a week ago. I shoot photography on the A7R5. Both cameras are great at what they do. I am still figuring out the FX3. I'm working to get to the level where I am confident enough in my skills with the camera that I can get paid to do various jobs and projects. Thanks for the insight and keep on going with what you are doing!

Great video. Glad I found it. I’m in the process of switching to Sony myself. I’m trading in my C70 and R6. Been meaning to make the switch to Sony for a couple years. Don’t know why I waited so long. All that to say, I’m picking up an FX3. I’m not really trying to think about the L I’m taking with regards to depreciation. It feels like I’m getting jumped out of a gang, lol.

As a wedding photographer for over 50 years, I’ve seen it all, and this video is helpful advice, VERY helpful advice. Wedding photography is a hard field to stay in year after year. The successful ones know that you have to be prepared for ANYTHING. You need to backup every piece of equipment you have. Being prepared is key to your success.

I bring three cameras with me and that's two backpacks with me. I shoot by myself when I do weddings. I did have a shutter blowout on a wedding and man was I happy I had a backup to my backup. I also bring three flashes and backup lens also.

If you do the Carnivore Diet you can go all day without eating. When you eat meat that is the best protein there is and its like your running on high energy. I'm not saying don't eat but what I am saying you can go all day without eating.
