I just can't wrap my head around sneaking up behind someone, in what is essentially full body armor and a helmet, and thinking a couple of punches knocks them out, especially without breaking some bones. Just an odd choice

Yeah lot of fun is the thing! I enjoyed pixel art and chiptune and difficulty!

Dude you need to git gud, and that is just the first part of the game you are missing 90%. it gets better (you die a lot more if you lack skills)

Glad to see my review of the demo was pretty spot on. I tried to avoid the wokeness of the game and just break down the game itself and man I don't think it matters who the main characters are with execution like that. It is a fundamentally flawed game before you even get to talk about any of the agenda.

I pretty much disagree wirh this review. Volgarr the Viking and Volgarr the Viking 2 are tough games, but they're fair and well designed coin op experiences. You are forced to learn the pattern and every single segment with precision and dedication, like in the coin op era

Then it's not a souls-like game, it's a difficult genre game. Souls-like you lose everything and you have to get it back from where you die. i'll sub to your channel

Skill issue

I love your reviews, but you need to understand what a souls-like is, this isn't it. Games with good boss fights were around before Demon's Souls. The biggest core mechanic of a souls-like is risking losing all your souls/exp upon concurrent deaths. This game is void of that, and many other key components of the souls-like formula. It is in fact, NOT a souls-like. Doesn't mean it isn't a hell of a game though.
