Huge Ford nut here. Australian Ford was always about 2 years behind in design what was coming out in the US. For example, a 68 Aussy Fairlane looked like a 66 American Fairlane. Well Max's 73 XB Falcon is essentially an American 71 Ford Torino. And everyone knows the blower mounted on top of the 351-Cleveland engine was non-functional. And at that time there were no toggle-actuated blowers.
