The Love of our Lord Jesus Christ is without end. He showed Mary Magdalene that he valued her, even though she believed that she was dirty and worthless. He healed her tormented soul and accepted her as a friend. His pure Love turned her whole life around. This is the essence of our Lord: His Love can heal everything, and if we can carry just a tiny part of that Love in our own hearts, and treat all other creatures with empathy, compassion and kindness, it could heal the whole world.

“No Lord but God, to the death.” Loyalty to the God of Israel is unquestioned in this clip, very nicely put. The part that says “Zeal for your house has consumed me”, it also inflicts the very same effect, and I’m glad we we’re able to see a biblical verse where this can be drawn upon for the Zealots 1st Century. This is all a drawback to the feeling of what the Zealots had in history.
