1-3-3-1 Attack Structure: Variations Today we will be looking into a few variations of the 1-3-3-1 Attack Structure. There are lots of variations you can build off of and explore, it being one of the most common Attack Structures in the the world. 2-4-2 Attack Structure: Lineout Set Up Today we will discuss the 2-4-2 Attack Structure and how to set it up out of a Lineout in 2 Rucks. We focus on the Principle of having 1 Forward, 1 Center, & 1 Wing in both R1 & R2. R1 & R2 represent the 1st and 2nd Ruck out of a Set Piece.

2-4-2 Attack Structure: Scrum Set Up Today we will discuss the 2-4-2 Attack Structure and how to set it up out of a Scrum in 2 Rucks. We focus on the Principle of having 1 Forward, 1 Center, & 1 Wing in both R1 & R2. R1 & R2 represent the 1st and 2nd Ruck out of a Set Piece.

2-4-2 Attack Structure: Central Forward Play Today we will be discussing a new Center Forward Structure. In This Structure there are 5 different options every time. Utilizing these options evenly ensures the defense must respect all options at all times. It's important to have at least one forward (hopefully more) with technical/catch/pass skills.

2-4-2 Attack Structure: "Recycle"- Play off 9 In the 2-4-2 we often play the full width of the field, but it's also important to be able to play narrow and quick when the opportunity presents itself. Today we will discuss "Recycle", and how it is used. "Recycle" brings two zones of players together to play off 9, looking for fast ball.

2-4-2 Attack Structure: Weakside Flood Attack Today we will be focusing on the "Comeback". Where we have just attacked in an Edge Zone, then attack in the Center "B" Zone, and now want to Comeback to the original Edge Zone. Also known as a "Weakside Attack/Move".
