How do you push the pins out?

i had more success with long nose pliers, covering one side with cloth (or heatshrink tubing) the other bites on to rivet. I had to apply very little force as i could align it with my other hand. With the hammer you don't have spare hand to adjust the alignment - it has to go through true and it will go through with relatively little force if it is correctly aligned and 'snap' when it has gone through.

The price of replica here in the Philippines is 30x the price of the original. You'll never know which are the authentic unless you are the one who wearing it. I have 2 Romeos and 2 penny's.

what did you use to clean it?

You forgot the etching on the left lens with the word XMETAL that also helps to tell real from fake.

I have these and have removed the worn out rubber parts and was thinking of cleaning the frame while I’m at it. What’s the best solution to use to clean the frames? They are rather oily and grimy

be very aware specially cuase the Xmen logo on the fake ones look like swastika hahahaha.... this dude is such a fan boy cheer leader for oakley, go buy these sort of 2nd hand oakleys on ebay, they will cost you around $1000

I would prefer screws to rivets on the centerpieces anyway. those are the first things to become loose and ruin your pair of original oakleys if you wear them with any frequency period with screws you can just tighten them. You can't retighten rivets.
