I had to add risers to get the Speed V seats up higher in a 71 Camaro, so I guess it is try and see , your results may vary

When you describe the sound part of the wheel bearing, that’s exactly what mine sounded like too, so maybe it’s a super thing lol but I’ve got my whole hub assembly off. I didn’t ruin anything, but my bearing literally came apart exactly like yours did that in a race fell out when I pulled the axle out so it sounds like ours were pretty worn out the same way. Cause I had very very slight play side to side on my tire when I wiggled it doesn’t

This is my first time doing one of these I’m about to take the emergency brake off, but do you have to take the axle love? I just don’t see why it for pulling the assembly out towards the outside you know what I mean?

isn’t it only .5” difference not 1.5” u said the original 1 was 1” and the new 1s were 1.5” so the seat would only sit .5” higher not 1.5”

Hi Jose hope all is well First thing I noticed was the factory stud ring that holds the rotor that itself will trow your balance off removing those will eliminate vibration to nothing at all or barely noticeable. God bless

Jose! Kind of in the same boat myself, I threw in the same springs you had at the start. When it came time for tune day, on lowest setting (wastegate pressure) my car made 701 @ 19 psi on 70% ethanol, which is a bit too much for the 91 oct we have up here at altitude, I need to back off the springs a bit too so I can boost on pump gas without worrying. We tuned to 35psi and I told my tuner that's enough lol, so thinking the 15.xx psi spring setup would be good. Been a while man, I hope all is well with you!

Haha, I just found this video after having my NRG seat+planted bracket sitting in the garage for a year(for a civic si ep3). I went to install it today an it was the most painful install ever. Then at the end, the seat was too far away. There was no way to push it closer unless I attached sliders (if I understand correctly). I just ended up putting my stock seat in until I can figure it out, what a waste of $180.

just found this video, i bought the planted brackets for my Porsche 996 and they now sit too high about 1.5 inches, came to me last night i am going to grind off the part of the bracket that the bolts fasten to the car and redrill the holes so the bracket will sit flat.. and that will lower the back end of the seat.

My boss has his 2019 dually straight piped and deleted and pulling his 35 ft gooseneck with the windows up you can’t here that much of it, know when he goes to 5 inch from whatever it is know, I think it’s 4 inch rn, I t will be a lot louder so thst will obviously drown more

its really just an alignment tool to help you get the wheel centered, its possible to get lucky and they go on prefect without the rings. probably why when you swap the wheels around you think it gets better or worse.
