It's a 6v6 league based on real hockey. There's 5 tiers to play at: NCAA, CHL, ECHL, AHL, and NHL. You can sign up at leaguegaming.com if interested. For your first season, you'd either play in NCAA or CHL and eventually can move up in time.

They took it out for competitive reasons. The meta was everyone using small builds with elite edges. Small builds are still the meta but without elite edges, it gives more variations to builds that players use. At least for now till people figure out what's best to use

@cirE9t6 Yeah it could have been passes a few times. I don't expect passes like that all the time. Right now it probably makes sense due to one tees being op, but usually if they can make a better play down low or slot, they'll go for that. Less of a risk of it being turned over for odd man rush too.

The speed of the game hasn't changed since the start. People are just learning how to abuse animations for speed with the vision control.

@@Ju-cd7qi it’s low ping, skating styles that make it look like they skate faster than they do. And honestly the last week or so it seems like ea adjusted game speed for WoC/EASHL. Everything seems much faster than a week ago even.

Skating style and feathering the vision control mechanic through quick turns.

@CWOTAD I think agility being maxed is better. Can use a boost towards balance for more if needed.

The game tries to find matches around your rank first before expanding the search. Divisions don't matter in this game only player ranks.

I feel ya. It’s no fun for either side!! They had skill based match making last year, along with room size, I don’t understand why they took it out?!? Then again, EA… 🤦
