It's hard to sum everything up into 23 lessons, but these are memories and valuable experiences I went through as a 23 year old. No regrets, just excited for the next year to come 'round.

AI is doing our jobs better
Should've known. Wasted my time and G.I Bill money into this IT program and job searching. I'm a local truck driver right now. Thanks for sharing this information wholeheartedly! Time to look somewhere else. I still have 41 months of free schooling left.
I liked the video, thanks for sharing yours experiences.

I was going ask if you ever thought about starting a discord server or skool group but at 7:30 it seems you already had similar ideas haha. I think you've got a really like minded and tight nit community so would be great if you're able to put something together. Great video as always!

Happy new year, Sia.
happy new year!
You have to understand that India managers are supporting their own country India and sourcing jobs to India. We americans just bend over and say 'sure'.
your voice is so beautiful 💖
I think you need to find joy in saving money and also realize that buying things don't bring that much happiness. Once you realize that, then you saving money and earn money can be enjoyable and not as painful as you make it out to be.
Your video was very insightful. It covered the things I've been feeling and what makes not satisfied with my self. Now I know why. You opened my mind. Thank you!❤
Happy New Years…😺🥰⭐️💎
Good one!
OOOh my god!!! you said the truth harsh reality that no youtubers dare to tell : US compagnies hire developers overseas!!!
Capitalism has won: encouraging more people around the world to be developers to lower wages or even make jobs disappear to locate them elsewhere for less money
What if... there are less and less dev jobs and : more and more dev
There is a timeline today! 1. Do spend time with your parents and family. 2. Take more videos not photos. 3. If you're hesitant, just start. 4. Buy more meals rather than eating off friends. 5. Communicate better. 6. There is far too much information in this world, focus on the messenger. 7. Love yourself and learn to be alone. 8. Shine before you let others shine. 9. When in doubt whether to buy something or not, don't. Instead purchase things and experiences you've never had before. 10. When you're unsure of whether to meet or not meet, meet. 11. When going to someone else's home, don't go empty handed. 12. Love each person in their special way and you will be remembered. 13. When you want someone to be your mentor, dedicate your time into them. 14. Stop comparing. Instead look ahead 5-10 years and compare those goals with those around you. 15. Instead of just creating new connections, invest and grow existing relationships. 16. Happiness is ususally created with moments and times spent with people. 17. Learn to say no at times. 18. Life is a long lesson on humility. 19. Never burn bridges. 20. Taste is made from experience. Keep exploring and buying things to narrow down your style. 21. Always be on time. 22. Going 1 step ahead in the right direction is better than 10 steps in the wrong direction. 23. Making mistakes allows for other people to help you. Be vulnerable and share yourself.
at age of 23: invest 10% to 30% of your take home pay... for 10 years... into good growth companies, and yourself when at the age of 50 or 60 will thank you for that
yes. this is the groundbreaking rule
Sorry kid but I believe you haven't learn too much about life, you need HARD TIMES the very HARD ONES, to see what life is all about, greetings from México!!
I always wondered, what do you people do?

2:12 when I was in California, I walked about 350 steps per day, as logged by my iPhone, but when I am in Taiwan, it is like 3,800 steps easily. Most days it is 5,000, and some days, 12,000 and even 19,000... so if living in California for a couple of years, it is not difficult to find out why I'd gain extra 20 pounds
H1b visa needs to be ended! Tech jobs should go to American citizens, not foreign workers
Oh no an ad...
Vivek ramaswamay wants to replace whites with Indians
no he wants cheap labor
加油加油哦,当你的元老粉丝
Hello, so beautiful 🙃
The timeline seems to be a little blank!
ahhh. thank you for the reminder!
this is just a dumb commercial...
What if Im overthinking while walking 😢
With Ai and a few devs can do a work of dozens. IT jobs in general will be gone in the next 5 years
USA should not allow h4 visa holders, the spouses of h1b work permit visa, to work. And there are too many Indians who only hire Indians.
It's a cycle. CEOs outsource to reduce labor costs and make shareholders money. Outsourcing leads to shit products, delayed products, and massive security issues that lose the companies money. Companies stop outsourcing and hire domestically. CEOs outsource to reduce labor costs and make shareholders money... round and round we go.
It takes 3-5 years to mature as a professional. Your brain needs to morph into the new lifestyle and be at peace with it.
we got a bunch of tech bros up here in Seattle. the ones who are still working can get women. better than us blue collar dudes. making Seattle too expensive

Pretty & Smart, a gem !
At least you can pat yourself on the back, knowing that you realized all this at such young age. Keep it up! Your Boyfriend should feel lucky to have such a cute, intelligent and WISE woman. and if you're single, my friend wants to meet you.
have you ever heard this taught on a tv show: Friends are equals? You mentioned CS Lewis. Holy Bible teaches: Proverbs 13:20 says this: King James Bible He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed. I know this for a fact. only God knows who your real friends are. People can get jealous of other people very easily. If I share good news with someone, they might be happy outwardly but actually harbor jealousy inside and as a result, some of these people might seek to destroy me. Have you ever heard of the topic soul ties? Imagine if every person you met formed a soul tie?
Beautiful! Love you honey! ❤
I’m a freshman in college, finished my first semester in CS. Really interesting perspective. Honestly that extessential dread I’ve experienced halfway through. I have the same mindset the discipline gained and financial freedom outweighs passion. I think I found the middle ground in realizing I a have a love for learning and building projects to show it off. I’ll see how it goes through, but life always has a funny sense of humor (or cynical) I don’t know where I’m going to end up but optimistic (even with the terrible job market hope things get better)
You lost me at Boyfriend T_T You seem down-to-earth, reflective with a nice-looking physique; you are more blessed than you might think.
Get a clue, finally... this situation was obvious over 5 years ago. learn to analyze the situation and assess your abilities/talents. So, we'll see you doing something "hands on".
You mention a lot about what you are looking for. But exactly what valuable things are you offering to your employers? Are u able to have a meaningful impact on a company's revenue and success?
you speak very harshly about your past self. I think your CS degree is highly valuable to have. it’s something you can always fall back on as well. without the money mindset and having the resources you built through CS in the first place, you might have not had the opportunity today to have all these epiphanies and find your real spark and joy in life. and even if you find the next thing, you may feel different about it later on too. good luck in your self discovery journey
the way she talks about dating she is already better than 99% of women
I've had a decent life. I've always been at the top academically speaking and I'm working in one of the best companies in my country at the age of 22. But i feel empty inside, feel like I'm missing something important, feels as if someone else is leading my life and I'm just following. Turns out i was just lazy and lost sight of what's important: acquiring new skills. I thought that since i was young, with a position in such a great company, life would go smoothly, without me having to sacrifice things. I just wanted to do what i had to do, acquire the wages and spend them. But i think the new mindset is to consider myself as the company, and strive to improve. Start thinking outside of the box and stop following. Secondly, i need to learn to stand for myself and say NO. Thirdly, i need to stop seeking other's validation, laughing when they laugh, or try to validate their opinions on me. If i have to deceive them to find my happiness, then the choice is already made. Finally, i need to give up on my ego and be humble. Ask for help when needed, i can't reach my goals alone, I'm not supposed to reach my goals alone. I need to be happy 😭, and i won't sacrifice my happiness. Thanks for the reminder. May you channel inspire others as it inspired me.
I have a CS degree and worked for 2yrs in IT field and now reflecting on myself that this is not my path, i can relate to you in many ways and now trying to find my passion on what to do next! Hope i find my passion soon like you do
at least you're married. IM still single
Love it!!!!!!
